2013 (XC): Named second-team all-Mountain West after finishing 14th at the 2013 championships... Took 59th at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships... Placed fifth at the Aggie Invitational.

2013 (So.): Tabbed second-team all-WAC honors after placing fourth in the 5,000m at the WAC Indoor Championships... Finished 17th in the 3,000m at the WAC Indoor Championships... Finished 40th at the 2012 WAC Cross Country Championships... Placed 11th in the 10,000m and 13th in the 5,000m races at the WAC Outdoor Championships... Earned academic all-WAC honors.

2012 (So.): Recorded a personal-best in the outdoor 1,500m (5:21.54) at the UVU Invite (March 30)... Did not compete during indoor season.

2011 (Fr.): Finished 29th at the 2010 WAC Cross Country Championships... Ran a season-best 10:37.3 in the indoor 3,000m at the Washington State Cougar Invite (Jan. 22)... Did not compete during outdoor season... Earned academic all-WAC honors.

High School: Placed third at state cross country championship as a senior... Graduated in 2010 with a 3.7 GPA.
