Indoor: Took seventh in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:43.27, which ranks fifth all-time in school history, and finished 18th in the 400 meters preliminaries with a personal record time of 56.25 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Won the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:53.00 and the 60 meters with a season-best time of 7.72, which ranks eighth in school history, at the Utah State-hosted Roman Ruiz Speed and Power Meet… Claimed the 200-meter title with a season-best time of 25.42 at the Weber State Invitational… Won the 4x400-meter relay at the Idaho State-hosted Snake River Open (3:53.52) and Weber State Invitational (3:55.22).
Outdoor: Finished third in the 4x100-meter relay with a season-best time of 53.22 at the Utah Tech Invitational.

Indoor: Placed fourth in the 4x400-meter relay with a career-best time of 3:41.96 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships, where she also finished 17th in the 400 meters with a time of 57.28… Ran a season-best time of 57.25 in the 400 meters to place seventh at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Elite Invitational, where she also ran a leg on the 4x400-meter relay team that placed fifth with a time of 3:47.96… Set a season-best time of 7.83 in the 60 meters during the preliminary rounds at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet before finishing third in the finals with a time of 7.87… Set a personal record of 1:39.52 in the 600 meters at the same competition, placing second… Placed first in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:52.38 at the Idaho State-hosted Stacy Dragila Invitational, where she also finished fifth in the 200 meters with a season-best time of 25.79… Opened the season by placing second in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:55.50 at the BYU Invitational.

Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 4x400-meter relay (3:51.19) and 17th in the prelims of the 400 meters (58.62) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Finished third in the 100 meters with a season-best time of 12.16 and 24th in the javelin with a career-best throw of 20.02 meters (65-8) at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Placed ninth in the 200 meters with a season-best time of 25.10 and 20th in the shot put with a career-best heave of 8.71 meters (28-7) at the Utah Valley Collegiate Invitational… Finished fourth in the 400 meters with a season-best time of 55.89 at the Oklahoma-hosted Sooner Invitational & Multis… Ran a leg on the 4x400-meter relay team that placed fourth with a season-best time of 3:46.45 at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational… Opened the season at the UNLV Spring Invitational & Sheila Tarr-Smith Multis by placing 30th in the long jump with a career-best leap of 4.96 meters (16-3.25).
HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in track & field at Orem (Utah) High School… Was a state champion in the 4x100-meter relay and placed seventh in the 100 meters as a sophomore… Placed second in state as a freshman in the 4x100-meter relay… Placed fourth in the 100 meters, 200 meters, 400 meters and 4x100-meter relay during her junior campaign in 2019… Four-year letterwinner in soccer for the Tigers, helping Orem HS to a runner-up finish at state in 2018… Earned Attacking Player MVP honors.
