Compliance

The Utah State University Athletic Department is dedicated to the constant pursuit of compliance with all NCAA, Mountain West Conference and institutional rules and regulations. Each individual involved in intercollegiate athletics is obligated to maintain competency in knowledge of the rules; to act within his or her realm of responsibility in full compliance with the governing legislation; and to report any violation of NCAA, conference and/or institutional rules of which he or she is aware. 

The Athletics Compliance Office is responsible for implementing, overseeing and executing the programs, policies and education to ensure that Utah State runs a clean athletic program that will bring honor and prestige to the University and community. This can only be achieved through the efforts of the entire university community.
