Clear Bag Policy
ADA Information
Seating for those with ADA needs is available in the West side sections (100-107), East side behind section 117 and section 217. All seating is sold on a reserved-seat basis with seating for the ADA guest and one companion. If a guest has not ordered in advance, the ticket office will exchange tickets if space is available. ADA guests are encouraged to request seating in advance online at UtahStateAggies.com or call 1-888-USTATE-1. Parking is located in the Maverik Stadium West lot, in front of the South Ticket Office or B Lot South of the stadium.

Aisle Policy
Standing or sitting in the aisles or stairs is not permitted. Guests will be asked to return to their seats or be escorted from the venue.

Alcohol
Alcohol is prohibited inside Maverik Stadium. Guests found with alcoholic beverages will be escorted out of the venue.
Â
Animals
Certified service animals or service animals in training are welcomed inside Maverik Stadium. All other animal, including therapy pets and emotional support animals, are prohibited.

Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are available in the bathrooms throughout Maverik Stadium.

Bags/Backpacks
Maverik Stadium enforces a clear bag policy. Fans may bring in one clear bag no larger than 12 inches by 12 inches by 6 inches or a 1-gallon plastic storage bag. Fans are limited to one bag per person along with a small clutch or purse for privacy (no larger than 6.5 inches by 4.5 inches). Bags must be able to be kept under a seat, clear of aisles, walkways and stairs. Hard-sided bags, suitcases, coolers, and other similar containers are prohibited. Diaper bags and medical bags are permitted but are subject to search.

Banners/Signs
USU encourages fans to enthusiastically show their support for USU athletic teams and to demonstrate respect for the opposing team. Signs, banners, and flags are permitted in USU's athletic venues subject to the following requirements.   Â
Signs, banners, and flags must relate to the event at which the sign, banner, or flag is being used. Signs that contain obscenity, off-topic content, or unapproved commercial advertising will not be permitted. Â
Signs may not block the view of other guests. Signs may not be affixed to walls, placed over railings, or cover any existing stadium signage. Signs or poles may not be made from wood or metal material.Â
All signs, banners, and flags are subject to inspection by USU Events Staff, and any item found to violate this policy will be confiscated. USU reserves the right to impose additional restrictions to ensure the safety and rights of all student-athletes, staff, and guests in USU's athletic venues.Â
Bicycle Parking
Bicycle parking is available outside of the North, West, and South gates. Guest leave bikes and personal belongings at their own risk.

Cameras
Personal Cameras are welcome inside Maverik Stadium. Professional camera equipment such as: monopods, bipods, tripods or cameras which are a disturbance to others are prohibited. Flash photography is strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to avoid standing in aisles while using video or camera equipment and obstructing the views of others. Video and photography of Maverik Stadium and events held therein cannot be used commercially without written permission from Utah State University and the event promoter. Policies regarding cameras and camcorders may vary depending on what special event promoters have requested. Maverik Stadium reserves the right to ask guests to discontinue filming or taking photos on facility property. You agree as condition of admission that you will not stream gameplay and will not use any images (e.g., photographs or videos) you may take of Maverik Stadium, players, performers, or others affiliated with events held therein, for commercial purposes without written permission from Utah State University and the event promoter. You further agree to abide by all additional requests made regarding photographs on an event by event basis, such as no photography at all. Chewing Tobacco
Chewing tobacco is not permitted in Maverik Stadium.

Children (tickets)
Children under the age of 3 may be admitted without a ticket, provided they are accompanied by an adult. Children must sit on the lap of the accompanying adult and not occupy an additional seat. Children attending events must be supervised at all times.

Closed Captioning is provided on the main scoreboard above the North end zone inside Maverik Stadium.

Containers/Outside Beverages
One factory-sealed bottle of water per person (1 liter or less), is permitted in the stadium and arena. Bottled water may not be frozen. In an effort to be sustainable, empty personal water bottles (1 liter or less) will be permitted. Glass water bottles and aluminum cans will not be permitted. Bottle filling stations can be found on the South concourse.

Concessions
Utah State University Dining Services is the exclusive concessionaire for Maverik Stadium. Concession stands are located on the South concourse and underneath the West Stadium Center and sell a variety of items. Additional concession options are available on the upper East Concourse.

Drinking Fountains
Drinking fountains are located in the Southeast, Upper East and West concourses behind sections 101, 106, 115 and 218. Fans are encouraged to utilize the fountains as bottle-filling stations only. Fountains will be cleaned regularly.

Drones
Utah State University Athletics prohibits the use of aerial drones, helicopters and any other remote-controlled flying devices in or around Maverik Stadium or on campus grounds of USU.

Diaper Bags
Diaper bags of a reasonable size are permitted in the stadium but are subject to search.

E-Cigarettes
E-Cigarettes are not allowed inside of Maverik Stadium.

Ejection
Utah State University reserves the right to eject any guest whose behavior is unruly or illegal in nature. Game tickets will be collected without refund and the guest will be escorted from the stadium.

Emergencies & Evacuation Procedures
In the event of an emergency, please direct your attention to the videoboards and listen for PA announcements. USU Event Staff and University Police will also provide direction. Guests with disabilities should contact the nearest usher for assistance. For any campus emergency, dial 911 for ambulance, police or fire service.

Entry
Only those guests with valid tickets or credentials are permitted into Maverik Stadium. Re-entry is NOT permitted.

Fan Behavior Guidelines
Utah State University encourages:
    • Good sportsmanship
    • Enthusiastic support of Utah State Athletics
    • Commitment to safety
    • Family friendly atmosphere
    • Friendly attitude towards all visiting fans.
 Unacceptable behaviors include:
    • Disruptive, unruly or intoxicated behavior
    • Foul or abusive language
    • Obscene gestures
    • Inappropriate, discriminatory or obscene signage
    • Rudeness to fellow fans or stadium personnel
    • Throwing objects or entering the field of play
    • Possession of alcoholic beverages
    • Using any form of tobacco, including e-cigarette
    • Fans who display unacceptable behaviors will be subject to ejection, loss of season tickets and possible arrest at the discretion of stadium personnel.
First Aid
The first-aid station with medically-trained personnel is located underneath section 205 of Maverik Stadium.

Food & Drinks
No outside food or drink is allowed in the stadium with the exception of one factory-sealed plastic bottle of water per person, sized 1 liter or less. Guests with infants, disabilities or medical conditions may bring in necessary items for health and medical reasons.

Gate Times
Gates will open 90 minutes prior to kick-off. With one student gate opening 105 minutes prior to kick-off for HURD Premium members.

Guest Services
Guests needing assistance are encouraged to speak with one of our Guest Services Representatives. Guests may also text the Aggie Assist Line at (435) 554-1010 for help or to report any issues in their area.

Language
Guests are asked to refrain from using foul and abusive language within Maverik Stadium. Fans who display unacceptable behaviors will be subject to ejection, loss of season tickets, and possible arrest at the discretion of stadium personnel.

Laser Pointer
Laser pointers are not permitted in Maverik Stadium. Guests found using such device will be subject to ejection.

Lost Children/Parent
A guest who has become separated from his or her party will be taken to the First-Aid room underneath section 205.

Lost & Found
Misplaced articles may be turned into guest services representatives. To claim items during the game, you may visit the First-Aid room located underneath section 205. To claim items after the game, you may contact Event Services at 435-797-0423.

Merchandise
Official game-day merchandise is available at the Locker 42 store located on the south concourse behind section 111.
Â
Noise-Making Devices
Musical instruments, air horns, or any type of noise-making device may not be brought into Maverik Stadium. In addition to confiscation, violators may be subject to removal from the event site.

Nursing Mothers
A Mother's room/family restroom is available under the West Stadium Center behind section 103. Any mother can contact the nearest Guest Services Representative to escort them to the dedicated Nursing Room.

Paging/Public Announcements
The public address system and video boards may not be used for paging guests or personal announcements (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.). In the event of a medical emergency or under special circumstances, consideration will be given to using a general page.

Parking
- All single-game parking sales will be cashless. Passes can be purchased in advance for $15 online or $20 on game days at the F lot entrances.
- Parking passes are allocated to season ticket holders based on their Big Blue Club membership level.
- Parking lots will open at 8 a.m. on weekend games and 2 p.m. on weekday games.
Photographs
You agree as condition of admission that you will not stream gameplay and will not use any images you may take of Maverik Stadium, player, performers or others affiliated with events held therein, for commercial purposes without written permission from Utah State University and the event promoter. You further agree to abide by all additional requests made regarding photography on an event-by-event basis, such as no photography at all. USU Police are present throughout the stadium on game day. They can also be contacted at 435-797-1939.

Player Pass
Home player pass tickets will be at the South ticket office will-call. Visiting team will call and player pass tickets will be located on the East side of Maverik Stadium. Individuals will need to show ID in order to receive their tickets. Individuals receiving player pass tickets must immediately enter the venue upon receiving their tickets.

Postponed Events
In the event of a postponed or canceled event, guests are advised to check Utah State Athletics website, utahstateaggies.com, for the most up-to-date information.

Private Events
We welcome private events such as weddings, corporate events/meetings and other special occasions in our event spaces on non-event days. Please call 435-797-0423 or visit events.usu.edu.

Programs
All game programs will be available digitally on utahstateaggies.com or on the official Utah State Aggies app.

For the comfort and safety of all, the following items are not permitted in Maverik Stadium:

    • Weapons *Except as Expressly Permitted By State Law
Items not listed here but are determined to be a risk to the safety or enjoyment of patrons by stadium management will be refused entry.
Factory-sealed, clear plastic bottles are allowed (not exceeding one liter, one per guest).
Replacement Tickets
Lost, destroyed, misplaced or stolen tickets may be reprinted for the ticket holder of record only (with presentation of photo ID). The charge to reprint is $5 and is non-refundable. Reprints and any other ticket services are located at the South Ticket Office.
Restrooms
Men's and women's restrooms are located throughout the concourse at Maverik Stadium. A family/single use restroom is located underneath the West Stadium Center. Diaper changing tables are available in all of the West restrooms.
RV Parking
Spaces for RV parking on game days can be purchased by calling USU Parking Services at 800-538-2663 or 435-797-0423.
Smoking Areas
In accordance with the university's effort to promote a healthy, tobacco-free environment for our students, staff, faculty and visitors, the stadium does not provide smoking areas inside of Maverik Stadium. Smoking, E-Cigarettes and vaping are strictly prohibited inside of Maverik Stadium.
Solicitation & Distribution of Literature
Guests are prohibited from distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted material without written permission from Utah State Athletics and Event Services.
Stadium Chairs, Rentals and Personal
Stadium chairback rentals are available on game day behind section 112. Personal chairbacks are permitted but should not exceed 18 inches in width or depth.
Storage
Guests should use the space beneath their seats to store all items. Strollers may be stored outside the gates on the North and South end of Maverik Stadium.

Strollers
Stollers are not permitted inside of Maverik Stadium. Stroller parking is available outside of the gates on the North and South ends of the Stadium. These items are left at the owner's own risk.

Football Tailgating
Utah State University permits tailgating in an authorized location prior to home football games. Tailgating is defined as parking a motorized vehicle and consuming food and beverages outside the sports event area. Tailgating is confined to the designated tailgate area. The tailgate lot opens at 8Â a.m. on Saturday game days and at 2 p.m. on weeknight game days.
How do I purchase a Utah State Season Tailgating pass?
1. Give a minimum donation of $500 to the Big Blue Club and/or Priority Seating Requirement.
2. Purchase up to 4 individual tailgate spots for $125 each spot.
3. If your donation is over $5,000 to the Big Blue Club and/or Priority Seating Requirement, you may purchase up to eight individual Tailgate spots.

Ticket Sales
Ticket sales will begin at the South Ticket Office three hours prior to kickoff on game days. All guests 3 years old and over require a ticket to enter Maverik Stadium. To avoid lines on game day, tickets may be purchased at UtahStateAggies.com or 1-888- USTATE-1 (1-888-8782, ext. 831). All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges. The resale of event tickets, regardless of price, is prohibited.
Tours

Umbrellas
Umbrellas are not permitted inside of Maverik Stadium. Ponchos are recommended for events held during inclement weather.

General will call is located at the South Ticket Office and will open three hours prior to kick off on game days. Visiting team player guest and will call is located on the East side of Maverik Stadium outside of Gate J and opens two hours prior to kick off. USU player guest is located on the South side of Maverik Stadium at Gate G. Photo ID is required.
