All requests are limited to non-profit organizations that are approved by the Utah State Athletics Compliance Department. No personal or individual requests will be fulfilled for donation of autograph items or ticket requests.

- Utah State Athletics will offer event tickets or coach autographed items as donations. No requests for autographs from student-athletes will be approved.
- Complete the Request Form.  Due to high demand, we encourage organizations to submit requests at least two weeks prior to the date when the item is needed or one month prior if the item is going to be shipped.
- Completion of a request form does not guarantee approval from the Utah State Compliance Office.
- Upon of receiving approval from the Athletics Compliance office, Utah State Athletics Marketing will contact you to arrange payment and pick-up or delivery of the item. Payment is required to cover the upfront cost of the item to be autographed.
- Items may be picked up at the Utah State Athletics Department or you may elect to have the item shipped to you. Â Additional shipping fees may be applied.
- Pursuant to NCAA regulations, items will not be donated to any entity that benefits a high-school, high-school aged students, or affiliates of any high-school aged students. This includes not allowing items to be donated to a charity that is raising money for scholarships.
Charitable Items Donations GuidelinesÂ
The Athletic Department will not support:Â
- Organizations that discriminate based on race, color, sexual orientation, gender identification, religion, disability status or national origin.
- Individuals (Donations are only provided to non-profit organizations not individuals).
- Organizations or programs designed to influence legislation or elect candidates to public office.
- Other Colleges and Universities.
- Organizations not registered as a charity or 'not-for-profit' entity.
- Organizations that do not adhere to NCAA rules and regulations.

Q: Is Utah State Athletics able to accept personal items, such as a T-shirt or ball to be autographed by members of the team?Â
A: No, Utah State Athletics will not accept items to be autographed. Any item received by the Athletics Department will be returned unsigned.Â
Q: Will Utah State Athletics mail my organization an autographed item?Â
A: Yes, Utah State Athletics will arrange shipping for autographed items. Additional shipping fees may apply. Donated tickets will need to be picked up at the Athletic Department or delivered electronically.
Q: Can an autographed item be used as an auction or raffle item at a fundraiser?Â
A: Yes, with approval from the Utah State Compliance Office.
Q: Does Utah State Athletics make autographed items available to individuals?Â
A: No, Utah State Department of Athletics only provides autographed items and donated tickets to charitable, educational, and some institutional entities.
Q: Will Utah State Athletics consider a donation to a profitable corporate entity?Â
A: No. This rule is strictly enforced and governed by the NCAA. Utah State Athletics is also prohibited from providing any item to a charitable organization/event that is sponsored or cosponsored by a commercial entity.
Q: I received an item for a charitable organization last year. Can I receive another item this year?Â
A: Utah State Athletics will provide a maximum of one autographed item per organization, per year. Receipt of an item in no way guarantees subsequent donations.
