The Dee Glen Smith Spectrum is the home of the Utah State Aggies. It opened in 1970 and seats 10,270. The Spectrum is known to have one of the best basketball atmospheres in the country and the energy of the Aggie faithful creates “Spectrum Magic”.

ADA INFORMATION
Seating for those with ADA needs is available on the concourse. All seating is sold on a reserved seat basis with seating for the ADA guest and one companion. If a guest has not ordered in advance, the ticket office will exchange tickets if space is available. ADA guests are encouraged to request seating in advance online at UtahStateAggies.com or call 1-888-USTATE-1.
ALCOHOL & SMOKING POLICY
Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum, including e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco.
ANIMALS
Service animals or those in training for guests with disabilities are allowed. All other animal, including therapy pets and emotional support animals, are prohibited.
ATM LOCATIONS
There are no current ATM machines located in the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum.
BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Baby changing stations are located in restrooms throughout the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum.
BAGS
The Dee Glen Smith Spectrum enforces a clear bag policy. Fans may bring in one clear bag no larger than 12 inches by 12 inches by 6 inches or a 1-gallon plastic storage bag. Fans are limited to one bag per person along with a small clutch or purse for privacy (no larger than 6.5 inches by 4.5 inches). Bags must be able to be kept under a seat, clear of aisles, walkways and stairs. Hard-sided bags, suitcases, coolers, and other similar containers are prohibited. Diaper bags and medical bags are permitted but are subject to search.
BANNERS & SIGNS
USU encourages fans to enthusiastically show their support for USU athletic teams and to demonstrate respect for the opposing team. Signs, banners, and flags are permitted in USU’s athletic venues subject to the following requirements.
Signs, banners, and flags must relate to the event at which the sign, banner, or flag is being used. Signs that contain obscenity, off-topic content, or unapproved commercial advertising will not be permitted.
Signs may not block the view of other guests. Signs may not be affixed to walls, placed over railings, or cover any existing stadium signage. Signs or poles may not be made from wood or metal material.
All signs, banners, and flags are subject to inspection by USU Events Staff, and any item found to violate this policy will be confiscated. USU reserves the right to impose additional restrictions to ensure the safety and rights of all student-athletes, staff, and guests in USU’s athletic venues.
CAMERAS & VIDEO
Still and video cameras are welcome in the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum. Guests are asked to avoid standing in aisles while using video or camera equipment, obstructing the views of others, or using tripods or monopods. Video and photography of the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum and events held therein cannot be used commercially without written permission from the venue and the event promoter.
Policies regarding cameras and camcorders may vary depending on what special event promoters have requested. The Dee Glen Smith Spectrum reserves the right to ask guests to discontinue filming or taking photos on facility property. You agree as condition of admission that you will not stream gameplay and will not use any images (e.g., photographs or videos) you may take of The Dee Glen Smith Spectrum, players, performers, or others affiliated with events held therein, for commercial purposes without written permission from Utah State University and the event promoter. You further agree to abide by all additional requests made regarding photographs on an event by event basis, such as no photography at all. Utah State at all times reserve the right to ask guests to discontinue filming or taking photos on facility property. In addition to providing, you with our own food we also have many local vendors including Hungry Howie, J. Dawgs, Pauni Island Grill, Donut Bros, Kettle Korn Of Cache, Los Compardre, Dippin’ Dots, Aggie Ice Cream, and Aggie Chocolate Factory.
CONTAINERS/OUTSIDE BEVERAGES
One factory-sealed bottle of water per person (1 liter or less), is permitted in the arena and arena. Bottled water may not be frozen. In an effort to be sustainable, empty personal water bottles (1 liter or less) will be permitted. Glass water bottles and aluminum cans will not be permitted.

Visit utahstateaggies.com for directions on how to get to Logan. The Dee Glen Smith Spectrum is located just east of Lars Hansen Drive (800 E) and just south of 900 North. The mailing address for the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum is 7600 Old Main Hill, Logan, Utah 84322.
DRINKING FOUNTAINS
Drinking fountains are located throughout the concourse.
EJECTION
University and arena personnel reserve the right to eject any guest whose behavior is unruly or illegal in nature. Game tickets will be collected without refund and the guest will be escorted from the arena.
EMERGENCIES & EVACUATION PROCEDURES
In the event of an emergency, please direct your attention to the videoboards and listen for PA announcements. USU Event Staff and University Police will also provide direction. Guests with disabilities should contact the nearest usher for assistance. If you must contact a guest during a game due to an emergency, please text the Event Management Office at 435-554-1010. For any campus emergency, dial 911 for ambulance, police or fire service.
EXIT & RE-ENTRY
The Dee Glen Smith Spectrum has a NO re-entry policy. Guests who leave the arena will not be permitted to re-enter.
FAN BEHAVIOR GUIDELINES
Utah State University encourages:

Unacceptable behaviors include:
- Disruptive, unruly or intoxicated behavior
- Foul or abusive language
- Obscene gestures
- Inappropriate, discriminatory or obscene signage
- Rudeness to fellow fans or arena personnel
- Throwing objects or entering the field of play
- Possession of alcoholic beverages
- Using any form of tobacco, including e-cigarettes
Fans who display unacceptable behaviors will be subject to ejection, loss of season tickets and possible arrest at the discretion of arena personnel.
FIRST AID
First Aid staff (EMTs and Paramedics) are located throughout the venue. First Aid is located behind Section G.
FOOD & DRINKS
No outside food or drink is permitted into the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum. Items must be left in your vehicle or discarded prior to entry. Fans with infants may bring plastic bottles of formula or milk.
GATES
The Dee Glen Smith Spectrum doors open 60 minutes prior to tip off.

LOST CHILDREN
Please report lost children to the nearest usher or ticket taker. They will be escorted to the First Aid room behind section G.

Official game day merchandise is available at the team store located behind Section S.
NOISEMAKERS
Artificial noisemakers are prohibited. In addition to confiscation, violators may be subject to university disciplinary action (if applicable) and removal from the event site.
NURSING ROOM
A nursing room is located on the concourse behind Section S.
PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
Parking lots will open one hour prior to tipoff. Reserved parking will be in the A Lot and will be reserved for parking pass holders only. Individual parking passes will not be required for the general public.
PASS LIST
The home and visitor pass list will be located at the Wayne Estes Center ticket windows across the parking lot from the west Spectrum entrance.
POLICE
USU Police are present throughout the arena on game day. They can also be contacted at 435-797-1939.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Non-service animals, alcohol, tobacco, bicycles, skateboards, drones or remote aerial cameras, balls, glass or metal containers, illegal drugs, knives, fireworks, noisemakers, umbrellas, laser pointers, bottles and cans, outside food, strollers, large chairs or seat backs that do not attach to the bleacher,
monopods, bipods, tripods and video cameras without consent of Media Relations and any other items USU Event Staff deems inappropriate or a safety hazard.
PUBLIC ADDRESS ANNOUNCEMENTS
All public address announcements are carefully scripted for each event. It is not possible for guests to facilitate any personal announcements during an event unless there is an emergency.
REPRINTS/TICKET SERVICES
Provided verification of the buyer and location on our ticket system, lost, destroyed, misplaced or stolen tickets may be reprinted for the ticket holder of record only (with presentation of photo ID). The charge to reprint is $5 and non-refundable. Reprints and any other ticket services are located at the South Ticket Office.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located throughout The Dee Glen Smith Spectrum on the concourse.
RV PARKING
Spaces for RV parking on game days can be purchased by calling USU Parking Services at 800-538-2663 or 435-797-0423.
STROLLERS
Strollers are not permitted in The Dee Glen Smith Spectrum.
TICKET SALES
Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets online. When entering the arena, all fans are asked to utilize the mobile ticketing system. Students, should be prepared to swipe their student ID to enter the arena. For additional ticketing questions contact the USU Ticket Office at (435) 797-0305.
UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas are not allowed in The Dee Glen Smith Spectrum.
WILL CALL
Will call is only available for fans who purchase tickets within 5 days of the event and by request only. The ticket office will not accept will call requests on game day. Will call will be located at the Wayne Estes Center ticket office.
