 Postponement and Cancellation Policies
 
All ticket sales made through the Utah State University (“USU”) Athletics Ticket Office are valid for the athletic event printed on the ticket. Dates and times of athletic events are all subject to change. USU reserves the right to postpone or cancel events or athletic seasons at its sole discretion.  Exemplary reasons for postponing or canceling an athletic event or season include, but are not limited to: (i) circumstances relating to the health, safety, or security of event participants and athletes (e.g. weather, pandemic, epidemic, natural disaster, war, security threat, or act of God); (ii) federal or state restrictions, regulations, or recommendations (e.g. event recommendations associated with an emergency, pandemic, etc.); or (iii) restrictions, regulations, or recommendations by USU’s athletics conference or the NCAA. 
 
Event Postponement or cancellation:
In the event an athletic event is postponed or canceled, the following will be in effect.

If an athletic event is postponed, then tickets for that event will still be valid for the rescheduled date. Under such circumstances, a ticket holder may exchange his/her tickets for a different event for the same sport, for a ticket of equal or lesser value. No refunds will be given.
 
Event Cancellation:
If an athletic event is canceled, a ticket holder may:  

•    Convert any affected ticket to a charitable donation to Aggies Unlimited equivalent to the purchase price of the ticket(s);
•    Exchange any affected ticket for another athletic event of equal or lesser value; or
•    Request a refund within ten (10) business days from the date of event’s cancellation. Late requests will not be granted.
 
Season Cancellation:
Under some circumstances beyond the control of USU, such as war, pandemic, epidemic, natural disaster, weather, act of God, airline strike, act of terrorism, federal or state governmental restrictions (including travel or event restrictions or recommendations), restriction by an applicable athletics conference, or NCAA restriction, etc., a sports season may be cancelled.  If a season is cancelled, then the ticket holder may: 

•    Convert any affected tickets to a charitable donation to Aggies Unlimited equivalent to the purchase price of the ticket(s);
•    Receive credit for the value of any affected season tickets and apply that credit to the next season; or 
•    Request a refund within ten (10) business days from the date of the season’s cancellation. Late requests will not be granted.

All ticket sales made through the USU Athletics Ticket Office are guaranteed. Ticket holders who purchased tickets through a third party (StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc.) will need to contact the third party service provider for refund information.
 
Refunds:
Any refunds granted, as permitted under the above circumstances, will only be granted after the USU Athletics Ticket Office is able to verify the purchase of the tickets by the person requesting a refund.  Refunds are generally processed within fifteen days of verifying the purchase. Purchases made via credit/debit card will be issued back to the card used to make the purchase. Cash and check purchases will be refunded via USU check.

Ticket Terms and Conditions
 
HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS relating to the Event, the Stadium, or the Stadium's environs, including the risk of personal injury (including death), sickness, including the risk of exposure to Diseases or the causes thereof, or lost, stolen or damaged property, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, however caused, whether arising out of the negligence of the Management Parties (defined below) or otherwise, and Holder hereby waives all claims and potential claims relating to such risks, hazards and dangers. Holder covenants not to bring any such claims against the Management Parties. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, duplicated or counterfeit tickets and may refuse to honor such tickets. Further, this ticket may not be used for, or in connection with, any form of commercial or trade purposes including, but not limited to, any advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, gambling or gaming activities, without the express written consent of Aggie Sports Properties and Utah State. Resale of tickets purchased or acquired via promotional codes, links, or givaways is prohibited. This ticket may not be resold on USU premises. All events are subject to change. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted. Management may eject or refuse entry to the ticket holder for violation of facility or University rules, illegal activity or misconduct. No outside food or beverage, umbrellas, alcohol, bottles, cans or containers are allowed. All patron age 3 years and older must have a ticket to enter. Use of this ticket in violation of any law is strictly prohibited.
