HONORS: First-Team All-Mountain West Indoor: Distance Medley Relay (2015); Second-Team All-WAC Outdoor: 400m Hurdles (2013); Second-Team All-WAC Outdoor: 400m Hurdles (2012); Academic All-WAC/Mountain West (2012, 2013, 2014, 2015); Mountain West Scholar-Athlete (2014, 2015).

2015 (SR): Earned first-team all-MW honors after finishing third in the distance medley relay with a personal-best time of 11:54.62 at the Indoor Championships... Set personal-best time of 1:38.27 in the 600m at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational ... Finished sixth in the 400m hurdles, eighth in the 4x100m with a personal-best time of 50.36 and ninth in the 4x400m with a personal-best time of 3:58.66 at the MW Outdoor Championships... Also recorded personal-best time of 57.85 in the 400m at the Weber State Invitational... Earned academic all-MW honors and was a MW Scholar-Athlete.

2014 (JR.): Finished fifth in the 400m hurdles at the MW Outdoor Championships... Finished 17th in the prelims in the 400m at the MW Indoor Championships... Earned academic all-MW honors and was a MW Scholar-Athlete.

2013 (SO.): Earned second-team all-WAC honors after placing sixth in the 400m hurdles at the Outdoor Championships... Finished seventh in both the 4x100m and 4x400m relay races at the WAC Outdoor Championships... Finished 18th in the 60m hurdles preliminary at the WAC Indoor Championships... Earned academic all-WAC honors.

2012 (FR.): Named second-team all-WAC after placing sixth in the 400m hurdles at the Outdoor Championships... Earned academic all-WAC honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: Eight-time letterwinner in track & field and soccer... State champion in the 300m hurdles in 2011. Took second place in the 4x100m relay and fifth place in the 100m... Named to all-state team and was team MVP, along with owning the school record in 300m hurdles and 4x100m relay... Also played soccer.

PERSONAL: Full name is Laycee Cherise Elliott... One of four children of Ray and Cathy Elliott... Majoring in nutrition, dietetics and food sciences.
