2021-22 SEASON (SO): Appeared in 12 games during the year... Made his Utah State debut at the 2021 Myrtle Beach Invitational, playing in two minutes against New Mexico State... Attempted five shots, including four from behind the 3-point line... Recorded five rebounds, including a season-high three at Nevada on Jan. 29... Shot a perfect 2-for-2 at the free throw line, scoring his only points of the season against New Mexico on Feb. 22... Also recorded one assist against the Lobos... Totaled 25 minutes, averaging 2.1 per contest.

BEFORE UTAH STATE: Played one season at Snow College, appearing and starting in 22 games with the Badgers during the 2020-21 season... Finished second on the team in scoring, averaging 16.2 points per game while shooting 41.9 percent (129-of-308) from the floor, 34.2 percent (53-of-155) from behind the 3-point line and 80.4 percent (45-of-56) at the free throw line... Scored in double figures in 18 games during the year, including a season-high 35 points at Southern Nevada (3/16)... Turned in 20 or more points in seven games... Led the Badgers with 31.0 minutes per game... Finished third on the team with 4.9 rebounds per game and fourth in assists per game, averaging 2.9 per contest... Named NJCAA first-team academic All-American... Initially signed with Utah Valley, spending a redshirt year with the Wolverines during the 2019-20 season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Olympus High School, guiding the Titans to a state title as a junior and a runner-up finish as a senior... Wagstaff also helped the team to four-straight region titles, earning back-to-back all-region honors as a junior and senior... Named honorable mention all-state as a junior before earning second-team all-state honors as a senior... Three-time member of the OHS Honor Roll.

PERSONAL: One of six children of Jim and Angie Wagstaff... Father played basketball at Utah Valley State College (now Utah Valley University)... Served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Rome, Italy (2017-19)... Married his wife Emma in August, 2020.
