JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played at Western Nebraska Community College... Had a 32-11 record on the mound in her two seasons... Finished her sophomore year with a 1.87 ERA, striking out 132 batters and walking 41... Earned second-team all-conference honors as a sophomore... Helped 2015 team to a 50-15 record, winning the conference and district titles before falling in the National Junior College Athletic Association Tournament.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-year letterwinner at Mountain Crest High School in Hyrum, Utah... Earned all-state honors as a sophomore and senior... Received all-region accolades as a sophomore, junior and senior... Named the Herald Journal All-Valley Player of the Year as a senior.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Glade and Suzette Smith... Graduated in May, 2016 with a degree in exercise science.
