Sharee Wood enters her fourth year as an Assistant Olympic Sport Strength & Conditioning Coach at Utah State in 2025-26. Wood works primarily with USU’s soccer and women’s tennis programs. Previously, she worked with USU's gymnastics team as well. 

Prior to joining the Utah State staff full-time, Wood interned in the strength and conditioning program in 2022. Wood also served as an exercise physiology graduate assistant while earning her master’s degree, and worked as an academic tutor for USU student-athletes. 

Along with her duties at Utah State, Wood also serves as a performance coach for Gotham FC Alliance, and as a strength and conditioning coach for Manny Martins soccer camps. 

Wood earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Utah State University in 2019. She then went on to earn a master’s degree in kinesiology from USU in 2023. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. 

Wood is a native of Alatamont, Utah. She has two dogs, Boseman and Okoye.
