Utah State gymnastics will hold two intrasquad meets on Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 4-5, and Thursday, Dec. 7. The two meets, spanning three days will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the practice gym in room 211 of the HPER building on the USU campus.
The first meet, which will be held on Monday and Tuesday Dec. 4-5, will be split with two events on each day. The gymnasts will perform on the vault and uneven bars on Monday, with performance in the floor exercise and on the balance beam on Tuesday.
The second meet, which will be held on Thursday Dec. 7, will be a full meet, with performances in each of the four Olympic events.
"We hope that this will help us get a mindset of competition preparedness," head coach Ray Corn said. "The gymnasts have shown that they are capable of performing, but I want to know if they can do it under pressure."
Both meets and are open to the public with limited seating available.
