LOGAN, Utah – Utah State head women's basketball coach Kayla Ard announced the addition of Amit Lustgarten (Salt Lake City, Utah) to the 2020-21 roster on Thursday.
Lustgarten, a 5-foot-5 guard, was a four-year letterwinner at Skyline High School in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a senior, Lustgarten averaged 11.0 points, 4.1 assists, 3.0 steals and 2.5 rebounds per game. She was named a 5A honorable mention by the Deseret News as a senior and was a Deseret News Region 6 honorable mention selection as a sophomore. She was named the team MVP as a senior, sophomore and freshman, and was named the team offensive player of the year as a junior. Lustgarten was part of the 2016-17 Class 4A state champion team with Skyline. She also played for the Natalie Williams Basketball Academy.
