John Hartwell has been invited to testify before the United States Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) on Tuesday, Sept. 15, at 8 a.m. (MT).

The hearing, which is titled, "Compensating College Athletes: Examining the Potential Impact on Athletes and Institutions," will help senators understand the current financial and educational benefits student-athletes receive and discuss how the legitimate issues student-athletes have raised about the use of their name, image and likeness can and should be addressed.
Joining Hartwell to testify on the panel will be University of Wisconsin Chancellor Rebecca Blank, Ohio State University Head Track & Field Coach Karen Dennis and Ramogi Huma, who is the Executive Director of the National College Players Association.
