BOISE, Idaho – Utah State women's tennis (6-8, 1-3 MW) ended its weekend of neutral competition Saturday in a 4-0 loss to UNLV.

Utah State earned its sole victory of the day in doubles action. Juniors Annaliese County and Gabrielle Dekkers posted a 6-2 win over Zita Kovacs and Aura Fang in the No. 3 position. The Rebels picked up the wins at Nos. 1 and 2, however, clinching the point. 

UNLV added to its lead with three straight-set wins in the first three singles positions. Three Aggies pushed their matches to three sets, with County and redshirt freshman Lillian Okamoto each winning the first sets of their contest. Freshman Lisa Küng won her second set, 6-0. 

The Aggies return home now for a pair of Mountain West matches. USU will host Boise State on Friday, April 9, at 11 a.m, then San Jose State on Sunday, April 11, at 10 a.m.
