LARAMIE, Wyoming — Utah State women's tennis lost a short-handed match to Colorado State, 4-0, on Saturday at the UW Tennis Complex.

Gabrielle Dekkers and junior
Sidnee Lavatai captured a 6-4 victory at the second position. 7-5 and 6-2 losses at the first and third positions, however, gave the Rams the early advantage in the match.
With only five players available for singles matches, CSU picked up one more point via forfeit at the sixth position. Straight-set victories at the first and fourth positions then sealed the win for Colorado State.
Utah State now has a week to prepare for two neutral matches in Boise, Idaho, to conclude its regular season. The Aggies will face San Jose State on Friday, April 22, at 10 a.m. (MT) before taking on No. 65-ranked Fresno State on Saturday, April 23, at 10 a.m. (MT).
