Aggies in the NFL – Week 18

There are currently 11 former Aggies on NFL rosters or practice squads. See how each of them did in Week 18 of the NFL Season.

Jalen Davis, CB, Cincinnati Bengals – Davis is in his fifth season in the NFL and his third with the Bengals. Davis was inactive for Cincinnati's 27-16 win over Baltimore. Davis and the Bengals will again play the Ravens in Cincinnati on Wild Card weekend.

Tipa Galeai, LB, Green Bay Packers – Galeai is his third season in the NFL, all with the Packers. Galeai was placed on injured reserve prior to Week Six and has yet to return to the active roster.

Tyler Larsen, C, Washington Commanders – Larsen is his seventh season in the NFL and his second with the Commanders. Larsen was placed on injured reserve prior to week 14.

Dallin Leavitt, S, Green Bay Packers – Leavitt is in his fifth season in the NFL and his first with the Packers after signing with the team in free agency. Leavitt played on 18 special teams snaps but did not record a stat in Green Bay's 20-16 loss to Detroit.

Jordan Love, QB, Green Bay Packers – Love is in his third season in the NFL, all with the Packers. Love did not appear in Green Bay's 20-16 loss to Detroit.

Patrick Scales, LS, Chicago Bears – Scales is in his eighth year in the NFL and his seventh with the Bears. Scales played five special teams snaps in Chicago's 29-13 loss to Minnesota but did not record a stat.

Deven Thompkins, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Thompkins is in his first season with the NFL and was promoted to Tampa Bay's active roster from the practice squad in late December. Thompkins played a career-high 46 offensive snaps and a further 10 snaps on special teams in Tampa Bay's 30-17 loss to Atlanta. Thompkins caught four passes on nine targets for 25 yards and added one rush for 17 yards. The former Aggie also had one kick return for 24 yards and one punt return for 12 yards in the game. Thompkins and the Bucs are set to host the Dallas Cowboys in the first round of the NFL playoffs.

Nick Vigil, LB, Arizona Cardinals – Vigil is in his seventh season in the NFL and his first with Arizona after signing with the team in free agency. Vigil was placed on injured reserve prior to Week 5 and has yet to return to the active roster.

Bobby Wagner, LB, Los Angeles Rams – Wagner is in his 11th NFL season and his first with the Rams. The six-time All-Pro linebacker played all 70 defensive snaps and recorded seen tackles, one tackle-for-loss and a QB hit in the Rams' 19-16 overtime loss to Seattle.

Practice Squads

Darwin Thompson, RB, Seattle Seahawks –Thompson is in his fourth year in the NFL and his first with the Seahawks, making the team's practice squad after signing with Seattle in free agency. Thompson was inactive for Seattle's 19-16 overtime win over the Los Angeles Rams. Thompson and Seattle will venture to San Francisco to play the 49ers in the first round of the NFL playoffs.

Derek Wright, WR, Carolina Panthers – Wright is in his first season with the NFL, making the Panthers' practice squad after signing as an undrafted free agent. Wright was inactive for Carolina's 10-7 win over New Orleans. Wright was signed to a reserve/future contract on Monday by the Panthers.
