LOGAN, Utah – Utah State men's basketball announced its 2023-24 schedule, including the non-finalized version of its Mountain West ledger, on Thursday.
Aggie fans will get an early glimpse of the 2023-24 squad as USU hosts MSU Billings for an exhibition on Friday, Nov. 3.
Utah State officially opens the campaign hosting South Dakota Mines on Monday, Nov. 6. USU then takes on Bradley on the road on Saturday, Nov. 11. The Aggies return to the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum to host Southern Utah on Tuesday, Nov. 14.
USU next travels to the Cayman Islands for the Cayman Islands Classic from Sunday, Nov. 19, to Tuesday, Nov. 21. Utah State opens the tournament by facing Marshall on Sunday, Nov. 19, at 3 p.m. (MT). USU wraps up its November slate with a road game at Saint Louis on Monday, Nov. 28.
The Aggies open the month of December with a two-game homestand, hosting UC Irvine on Saturday, Dec. 2, and San Diego on Wednesday, Dec. 6. USU then faces Santa Clara in its final non-conference road game of the season on Wednesday, Dec. 13.
Utah State next faces San Francisco in a neutral-site contest to be played at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City on Saturday, Dec. 16. The Aggies wrap up their non-conference ledger hosting East Tennessee State on Friday, Dec. 22.
Utah State is currently set to open its MW slate on Tuesday, Jan. 2, as the Aggies face Air Force on the road. USU then returns to Logan for a two-game homestand against Colorado State on Saturday, Jan. 6, and Wyoming on Tuesday, Jan. 9.
The Aggies next head south for a pair of road games, taking on UNLV on Saturday, Jan. 13, and New Mexico on Tuesday, Jan. 16. Utah State next welcomes Fresno State to the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum on Saturday, Jan. 20, before taking its first bye of the conference season.
USU is back on the road on Saturday, Jan. 27, facing Boise State, before returning to Logan to host San José State on Tuesday, Jan. 30. The Aggies then make their first league trip to the Golden State to take on San Diego State on Saturday, Feb. 3.
Utah State returns to the Spectrum for back-to-back home games, facing Nevada on Tuesday, Feb. 6, and Boise State on Saturday, Feb. 10. USU next heads on a two-game road trip, taking on Wyoming on Tuesday, Feb. 13, and Colorado State on Saturday, Feb. 17.
The Aggies host San Diego State on Tuesday, Feb. 20, before taking their second bye. USU wraps up the month of February at Fresno State on Tuesday, Feb. 27.
Utah State opens March play by hosting Air Force on Saturday, March 2. The Aggies then head to San Jose, California, to take on SJSU on Tuesday, March 5. USU wraps up its regular season by hosting New Mexico on Saturday, March 9.
Game dates are subject to shift after Mountain West television partners, CBS Sports Network and FOX Sports, make their broadcast selections by late-September or early October. Game times will be set once broadcast selections are made.
Utah State enters the 2023-24 season under the direction of first-year Aggie head coach
Danny Sprinkle. USU appeared in the 2023 NCAA Tournament, posting a 26-9 record last season while tying for second in the Mountain West with a 13-5 mark.
