LOGAN, Utah – Utah State's gymnastics team will hold its annual Blue & White Intrasquad Meet on Thursday, Dec. 19, inside the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum at 6 p.m.
The Aggies will perform judged routines on the vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise in a competition-style format. Admission is free and open to the public.
During the meet, there will be a visit from Santa Claus, who will be available from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Following the meet, Utah State will host a kid's clinic.
"I'm really excited for our team to get out there and showcase all the hard work they've been doing in the preseason," said third-year head coach
Kristin White said. "For this year's intrasquad meet, we will be focusing on our current lineup. Fans can expect to see seven to eight athletes per rotation. Our freshmen will be contributing eight routines for the evening, and we are excited to see them perform with the confidence they have shown all semester. We are excited for the fans to join us in the Spectrum as we get ready to kick off our 2025 season after the Holidays.
"We're also looking forward to the kid's clinic after the meet. Having our student-athletes engage with the community is one of my favorite things that we do, so it will be a great evening."
For kids 12 and under, there will be a free post-meet clinic with the Aggie gymnasts and coaching staff. Parents will need to fill out waivers at the marketing table located in front of Section S on the concourse before the event.
