LAST TIME
Utah State lost a pair of road matches two weekends ago at Idaho (4-3) and at Gonzaga (6-1). Against the Vandals, graduate senior Zeynep Naz Ozturk won in three sets at the No. 1 spot (6-1, 2-6, 6-2), senior Laura Fernanda Eugenio De Hilario won in straight sets at the No. 3 spot (6-1, 6-4) and junior Indya Nespor won in straight sets and the No. 5 spot (7-5, 6-2). Against the Bulldogs, De Hilario won in straight sets at the No. 3 spot with her opponent retiring (7-6 (6), 2-1, retired). Other Aggies to compete during the weekend included senior Lisa Kung, sophomore Magdalena Nunez Pureco, and freshmen Savannah Johnson, Niyati Kukreti and Ana Paula Chavez Sanchez.
