LOGAN, Utah - Utah State women's tennis (4-13, 1-6 MW) continues its 2024 spring season this weekend with a pair of away matches. On Friday, April 12, the team will take on Nevada at 1 p.m. (MT), and on Sunday, April 14, it will face off with San José State at 1 p.m. (MT).

LAST TIME
Utah State lost its only match last week to UNLV by a final score of 4-0. UNLV won the doubles point with wins at the first and second position. At the third position, freshman Magdalena Nunez Pureco and Niyati Kukreti were ahead 5-4, but their match was left unfinished. In singles, senior Lisa Küng fell in straight sets at the No. 2 spot (0-6, 6-7(4)), senior Laura Fernanda Eugenio De Hilario fell in straight sets at the No. 3 spot (4-6, 2-6) and Pureco fell in straight sets at the No. 5 spot (3-6, 2-6). Graduate senior Zeynep Naz Ozturk, junior Indya Nespor and Kukreti's matches were all left unfinished.
