RENO, Nevada – Utah State women's tennis fell to Nevada 4-0 in a Mountain West road match Friday afternoon. The Aggies are now 4-14 overall and 1-7 in conference play, while Nevada improves to 10-8 overall and 4-4 in league play.
 
In doubles play, graduate senior Zeynep Naz Ozturk and senior Laura Fernanda Eugenio De Hilario posted a 6-1 win at the first position. However, the Wolf Pack earned the doubles point by posting wins at the second and third positions.
 
In singles play, Nevada posted a win in straight sets over Ozturk at the No. 1 spot (7-5, 6-2), a straight-set win over freshman Niyati Kukreti at the No. 4 spot (6-2, 7-5) and a straight set win over freshman Magdalena Nunez Pureco at the No. 5 spot (6-3, 6-2).
 
Hilario, junior Indya Nespor and freshman Ana Paula Chavez Sanchez's singles matches all remained unfinished.
 
The Aggies will be back in action on Sunday, April 14, when they play at San Jóse State at 1 p.m. (MT).
