LOGAN, Utah — Utah State Athletics experienced another record turnout at its annual Big Blue Classic golf tournament last week as a total of 36 teams, made up of 144 individual golfers, participated.

The event raised more than $83,000 that will go towards Utah State student-athletes and incorporated appearances by Aggie student-athletes and coaches. One of the highlights of the event included 900 golf balls being dropped from a helicopter for prizes. The helicopter was provided by and piloted by the Utah State Aviation program.

The event could not have been possible without the generous help of all the event sponsors, including the title sponsor, Mountain Crane. Utah State Athletics would like to thank each of the sponsors for their support and express appreciation to everyone that participated. We look forward to continuing to grow this event.
