LOGAN, Utah – Utah State's golf team continues its fall season at the 14th annual Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational on Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 30-Oct. 1. The 54-hole tournament will be played at the par-72, 7,567-yard Colorado National Golf Club.
Golfers will play 36 holes on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday, with a shotgun start at 8:15 a.m. (MT) each day. Live scoring will be available at

Along with the Aggies and host Colorado, the 19-team field includes Air Force, Boise State, Central Arkansas, Colorado, Colorado Mines, Colorado State, Creighton, CSU Fullerton, Denver, New Mexico State, Northern Colorado, St. Mary's, Southern Utah, Tarleton State, Utah, UTEP, Valparaiso and Wyoming.

In its last competition, Utah State finished second at the Air Force-hosted Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational with a 5-under 859 (290-285-284) as three Aggies placed in the top 20. Arronte led USU as he tied for sixth with a 3-under 213 (70-71-72) for his fifth-career top 10 finish. Cook tied for 15th with a 1-under 215 (79-70-66) for his fifth-career top 20 placing. Karg tied for 19th at even par 216 (72-72-72), which is his best-ever 54-hole score and his fourth-career top 20 finish. Jaramillo tied for 34th at 4-over 220 (74-72-74) and Enlow tied for 78th at 12-over 228 (74-74-80).
