LOGAN, Utah – Utah State's gymnastics claimed three Mountain West Specialist of the Week honors following its performances against Southern Utah last weekend, as announced by the conference office on Tuesday. USU's three honorees are the most by any team in the conference.
Graduate
Brianna Brooks was named the MW Bars Specialist of the Week, sophomore
Sydney Jelen was named the MW Beam Specialist of the Week and sophomore
Nyla Morabito was named the MW Vault Co-Specialist of the Week.

Brooks won her fifth career bars title and earned her sixth conference weekly accolade, tying her career-high on bars with a 9.900. Jelen placed third on beam with a career-high 9.875 and garnered her first-ever conference weekly honor. Morabito tied for second on vault with a season-high 9.825, helping USU score a season-best 48.875 on the event. It marked the third conference honor of her career.
