Three Utah State Golfers Named Cobalt All-America Scholars

LOGAN, Utah – Utah State golfers John Cook, Cole Enlow and Esteban Jaramillo were all named Cobalt All-America Scholars, it was announced on Tuesday. In all, 556 NCAA Division I athletes from 190 schools earned 2024-25 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar honors.
 
Cook, a graduate from Aguora Hills, California, graduated this spring with his master's in business administration while maintaining a 3.71 GPA. He is a four-time academic All-Mountain West (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025) honoree.
 
Cook had a stroke average of 72.79 during the 2024-25 campaign. During the season, he notched four top 20 finishes, recorded 10 rounds under par, which ranked tied for second on the team, and had four rounds in the 60s to tie for second on the team.
 
Enlow, a graduate from Frisco, Texas, graduated this spring with his master's in business administration while maintaining a 3.83 GPA. He is a two-time academic All-Mountain West (2024, 2025) honoree.
 
Enlow had a stroke average of 74.61 during the 2024-25 campaign. During the season, he recorded three rounds under par and one under-par finish.
 
Jaramillo, a senior from Bogotá, Colombia, graduated this spring with his bachelor's degree in finance while maintaining a 3.62 GPA. He was a Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar in 2024 and earned College Sports Communicator Academic All-District honors each of the past three years (2023, 2024, 2025). Jaramillo is also a four-time academic All-Mountain West (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025) and MW Scholar-Athlete (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025) honoree.
 
Jaramillo had a stroke average of 72.48 during the 2024-25 campaign, which ranks 10th all-time in program history. His 14 rounds at par-or-better are tied for eighth all-time in program history, while his 10 rounds under par are tied for ninth. During the season he had one top 10 placing and four top 20 finishes.
 
To be eligible for Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar nomination, an individual must be a sophomore, junior or senior both academically and athletically, they must participate in 50 percent of their team's competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 76.0 in NCAA Division I, and maintain a minimum cumulative career grade-point average of 3.2. A recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at their college or university.
