Cross Country (2017): Placed 48th at the Mountain West Championships with a time of 25:50.19… Competed in three other races, with his best finish coming at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where he placed eighth with a time of 21:38.972… Also ran at the BYU Autumn Classic and the USU-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial, where he placed 37th and 11th with times of 20:25.1 and 22:22.49, respectively… Earned academic all-MW honors.
Indoor: Competed in the 5,000 meters in one meet, the Boise State-hosted Bronco Challenge.
Outdoor: Earned second-team All-American honors after placing eighth in his heat and 15th overall in the semifinals of the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time 8:51.14 at the NCAA Outdoor Finals… Advanced to the Outdoor Finals in the steeplechase by placing second in his heat and 12th overall with a personal-best time of 8:44.65, which ranks third all-time in school history, at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships… Earned first-team all-Mountain West accolades in the steeplechase by placing second with a time of 9:02.74 at the Outdoor Championships… Recorded a first-place finish in the steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational with a time of 8:48.80… Also competed in the 3,000 meters at the UC Irvine Spring Collegiate Classic, finishing third with a personal-best time of 8:36.44… Earned USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete Scholar-Athlete accolades… Earned academic all-MW, MW Scholar-Athlete, USTFCCCA All-Academic and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete honors

Cross Country (2016): Finished 45th with a time of 25:24.90 at the Mountain West Championships… Competed in four meets during the season with his best finish coming at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial, where he placed 26th with a time of 30:13.70… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Placed 21st with a career-best time of 8:44.24 in the 3,000 meters at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Finished 11th with a personal-best-tying time of 4:15.95 in the prelims of the mile at the Indoor Championships… Also ran 4:15.95 in the mile at the New Mexico Team Invitational, where he placed third.
Outdoor: Placed 20th in the quarterfinals of the 3,000-meters steeplechase (9:09.63) at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships… Finished fifth in the steeplechase (9:25.09) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Recorded career-best time of 4:10.94 in the 1,500 meters at the Utah Valley Invitational... Earned academic all-MW, MW Scholar-Athlete USTFCCA All-Academic and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete accolades.
