Cross Country (2018): Finished 45th at the Mountain West Championships with a time of 26:08.4… Competed in four meets during the season with his best finish coming at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where he placed second with a time of 21:38.69… Was the Aggies’ top finisher in the unseeded race at Pre-Nationals, crossing the finish line in 12th with a time of 25:09.7… Also placed 102nd with a time of 25:37 at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run… Earned academic all-Mountain West and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Placed 13th in the prelims of the mile with a time of 4:21.90 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Also competed in the 3,000 meters and DMR during the season.
Outdoor: Competed at just three meets with his best finish coming at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational, where he placed third in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:03.66… Earned academic all-Mountain West, MW Scholar-Athlete and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete accolades.

2018 (JR)
Cross Country (2017): Placed 43rd at the Mountain West Championships with a time of 25:35.19… Competed in four other races for the Aggies, with his best finish coming at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial, where he placed third overall and first among attached runners with a time of 21:50.39… Placed 11th at the USU-hosted Sagebrush Invitational with a time of 21:48.623 for his other top-25 finish on the year… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete accolades.
Indoor: Competed in three meets during the season with his best finish coming at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Invitational, where he placed fifth in the 3,000 meters with a personal-best time of 8:38.69… Also recorded career-best time of 4:15.33 in the mile at the Washington Invitational.
Outdoor: Competed in three meets during the season and finished in the top seven each time… Set personal-best times of 3:56.94 in the 1,500 meters at the Utah/Weber State-hosted Spring Classic and 9:40.00 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the UC Irvine-hosted Spring Collegiate Classic… Earned academic all-MW, MW Scholar-Athlete and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete accolades.

2017 (SO)
Cross Country (2016): Competed in three meets during the season with his best finish coming at the Montana State Invitational, where he placed 21st with a time of 25:26.40… Earned academic all-Mountain West and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Placed ninth in the mile with a time of 4:17.48 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Had season-best time of 4:15.94 in the prelims of the event at the Indoor Championships… Finished first with a career-best time of 10:13.73 in the DMR at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational… Also had a season best in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:39.39 at the New Mexico Team Invitational, where he placed second in the event.
Outdoor: Placed 13th in the 1,500 meters with a personal-best time of 3:58.73 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Set career-best time of 1:54.79 in the 800 meters at the Utah Valley Invitational, where he placed second in the event... Earned academic all-MW, MW Scholar-Athlete and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete accolades.

2016 (FR) 
Cross Country (2015): Finished 94th with a time of 33:42.01 at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships… Placed 61st with a time of 30:41.49 at the Mountain West Championships… Competed in five meets and recorded a pair of top-15 finishes as he placed sixth at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational (21:07.26) and 11th at the Montana State Invitational (26:34.05)… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete accolades.
Indoor: Competed in three meets with his best finish coming at the Boise State-hosted Jacksons/New Balance Invitational, where he placed third in the mile with a time of 4:21.71.
Outdoor: Placed 33rd in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:36.16 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Won the 3,000-meter race with a personal-best time of 8:52.29 in his first collegiate outdoor meet, the UC Irvine-hosted Anteater Invitational… Earned academic all-MW, MW Scholar-Athlete and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete accolades.

HIGH SCHOOL: An eight-time letterwinner in cross country and track & field at White River High School in Buckley, Wash.... Recorded a personalbest time of 15:52 in a 5K state championship race, where he went on to place eighth as a senior... Recorded track & field bests of 4:16 in the 1,600m and 9:25 in the 3,200m... Led cross country team to three straight league championships from 2009- 2011... Led track & field team to four consecutive league championships, along with a runner-up finish, at the Washington state championships in 2012... Received multiple league accolades, including MVP and first-team honors, as well as being selected to the all-state cross country team.

PERSONAL: The first of four children of Dennis and Tiffanee Gould... Served an LDS Church Mission in Guayaquil, Ecuador, from 2013- 2015... Majoring in physical therapy.
