Indoor: Earned first-team all-Mountain West honors after placing third in the pentathlon with a personal-best 3,762 points, which ranks fourth all-time in school history, at the Indoor Championships… Also placed 12th in the high jump (1.62 meters/5-3.75) at the Indoor Championships… Finished first in the pentathlon 60-meter hurdles with a personal-best time of 8.52, which is tied for second all-time in school history, at the Indoor Championships, where she also tied for second in the pentathlon high jump with a career-best mark of 1.70 meters (5-7.00)… Recorded career-best times of 25.90 in the 200 meters at the Boise State-hosted Jacksons/Nike Boise Indoor, 2:31.13 in the 800 meters at the Washington Invitational and 4:00.74 in the 4x400-meter relay at the Montana State Dual Meet… Set personal-best mark of 5.67 meters (18-7.25) in the long jump at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Collegiate Elite Invitational.
Outdoor: Placed 39th in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 13.83 at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships… Placed 10th in the heptathlon (4,090 points), 12th in the 100-meter hurdles (14.33) and 16th in the high jump (1.61 meters/5-3.25) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Ran career-best time of 13.47 in the 100-meter hurdles, which ranks third all-time in school history, at the BYU-hosted Clarence Robison Invitational… Recorded career-best marks of 1.73 meters (5-8) in the high jump, 5.68 meters (18-7.75) in the long jump and 5,145 points in the heptathlon, which ranks sixth all-time in school history, at the Azusa Pacific-hosted Bryan Clay Invitational… Recorded career-best throw of 31.91 meters (104-8) in the javelin at the UC Irvine-hosted Collegiate Classic… Earned academic all-MW and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete honors.

Indoor: Tied for ninth in the pentathlon with 3,475 points at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Placed ninth in the prelims of the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.75 at the Indoor Championships… Tied for first in the pentathlon 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.68 at the Indoor Championships… Recorded season-best times/marks of 4:02.59 in the 4x400-meter relay at the Boise State-hosted Bronco Challenge, 2:36.75 in the 800 meters at the Indoor Championships, 1.66 meters (5-5.25) in the high jump at the Indoor Championships, 5.21 meters (17-1.25) in the long jump at the Montana State Dual Meet, and a personal-best heave of 10.15 meters (33-3.75) in the shot put at the Bronco Challenge.
Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 100-meter hurdles (14.19), seventh in the heptathlon (5,049 points), eighth in the long jump (5.42 meters/17-9.5) and tied for 12th in the high jump (1.61 meters/5-3.25) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Recorded season-best time of 13.84 in the 100-meter hurdles at the Utah State-hosted Mark Faldmo Invitational, where she also notched personal-best times of 2:32.26 in the 800 meters and 1:06.99 in the 400-meter hurdles… Set career-best mark of 25.30 in the 200 meters and season-best height of 1.69 meters (5-6.5) in the high jump at the Azusa Pacific-hosted Bryan Clay Invitational… Also recorded personal-best marks of 10.67 meters (35-0.25) in the shot put at the MW Outdoor Championships… Earned academic all-MW and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete accolades.

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letterwinner as a hurdler and heptathlete at Centennial High School in Las Vegas, Nev… As a senior, was the state champion in the 100m hurdles and the 300m hurdles… Named the 2017 Nevada Gatorade Player of the Year… Won the Great Southwest Heptathlon in 2017… Tabbed MVP for Centennial HS and earned all-state honors… Helped lead the Bulldogs to four-consecutive state titles during her time there, as well as the 2017 Mt. SAC championship… Was also a four-year starter on the volleyball team, earning first-team all-state honors as a senior.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Kurt and Natalie Bonds… Has four siblings… Sister, Tiana Bonds, competes on Arizona’s track & field team…Majoring in sociology.
