Cross Country (2021): Placed 41st with a time of 24:46.0 at the Mountain West Championships, helping Utah State finish third as a team… Recorded one top-10 finish on the season as he placed ninth with a time of 24:37.60 at the Montana State Invitational, helping the Aggies capture the team title… Finished 34th with a time of 24:02.4 at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run, where Utah State placed fourth out of 40 teams… Placed 183rd with a time of 25:20.1 at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational... Named a MW Scholar-Athlete.
Indoor: Placed 14th in the 5,000 meters with a career-best time of 14:32.23 at the Washington Invitational… Finished eighth in the mile with a time of 4:24.99 at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet.
Outdoor: Placed 25th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:33.58 at the San Francisco-hosted Mike Fanelli Track Classic... Was named a MW Scholar-Athlete and a USU Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.
 
2021 (SR)
Cross Country (2020): Was the third Aggie finisher at the NCAA National Championships, placing 92nd with a time of 31:28.5 to help USU record an 11th-place finish as a team… Earned first-team all-league honors after placing fourth with a time of 23:48.5 at the Mountain West Championships… Placed fifth at the Dixie State Invitational with a time of 23:56.6, helping the Aggies earn the team title… Finished 22nd in the Florida State Winter Classic Garnet Race with a time of 24:05.4, second among Utah State competitors… Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic and academic all-MW honors.
Indoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Outdoor: Competed at two meets during the season… Finished 12th in the 5,000 meters with a career-best time of 14:20.00 at the Drake Relays… Placed 14th in the 10,000 meters with a time of 30:13.43 at the Fresno State-hosted West Coast Relays… Earned academic all-MW honors.

2020 (JR)
Cross Country (2019): Placed 102nd with a time of 33:38.9 at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships… Finished 21st with a time of 23:49.7 at the Mountain West Championships, where the Aggies captured their first-ever conference title with 42 team points… Competed in two other races during the season with his best finish coming at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run, where he crossed the finish line in 24:17.4 for 59th place… Placed 192nd with a time of 25:22.6 at the Wisconsin-hosted Nuttycombe Invitational.
Indoor: Placed 13th in the 5,000 meters (15:13.91) and 25th in the 3,000 meters (8:50.40) at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Finished third in the 3,000 meters with a career-best time of 8:32.13 at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational… Ran season-best time of 14:33.37 in the 5,000 meters at the Washington Invitational… Earned academic all-MW honors.

2019 (SO)
Cross Country (2018): Finished 78th at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships with a time of 21:26.2… Placed 39th at the Mountain West Championships with a time of 26:00.4… Competed in five meets during the season with his best finish coming at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where he placed fourth with a time of 21:45.59… Also placed 35th at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run (25:05) and 123rd at Pre-Nationals (25:17.7)… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Ran season-best time of 8:33.60 in the 3,000 meters at the Boise State-hosted Bronco Challenge… Placed second in the 5,000 meters with a season-best time of 14:55.77 at the Boise State-hosted Jackson’s/Nike Indoor Invitational.
Outdoor: Placed 13th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:39.59 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Ran season-best time of 14:24.59 in the 5,000 meters and career-best time of 30:03.40 in the 10,000 meters at the San Francisco State-hosted Mike Fanelli Track Classic… Placed first in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:28.35 at the UC Irvine-hosted Collegiate Classic… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

2018 (FR)
Cross Country (2017): Was an alternate at the NCAA National Cross Country Championships… Competed in three races during the season… Best finish came at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where he placed 10th with a time of 21:42.792… Finished 25th at the BYU Autumn Classic with a time of 20:12.6… Competed at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run and finished 71st with a time of 24:37… Earned Mountain West Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Competed in two meets with his best finish coming at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational, where he placed first in the DMR and seventh in the mile with personal-best times of 9:48.22 and 4:14.46, respectively.
Outdoor: Competed in three meets with his best finish coming at the Utah State-hosted Mark Faldmo Invitational, where he placed first in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:07.30… Set career-best time of 4:06.85 in the 1,500 meters at the Utah/Weber State-hosted Spring Classic.

HIGH SCHOOL: An eight-time letterwinner in track & field and cross country at Maple Mountain High School in Spanish Fork, Utah… Earned third-team all-state cross country honors as a junior and senior… Captured the Region 8 title in the 3,200 meters, placed seventh in the same event at the state meet and finished 15th at the state cross country meet as a senior during the 2016-17 season… Ran career-best times of 4:25.14 in the 1,600 meters and 9:05.75 in the 3,200 meters… Helped the Golden Eagles’ cross country team qualify for state for the first time in four years as a senior during the 2016-17 season… Also helped Maple Mountain HS to a runner-up Region 8 finish in track & field as a senior… Garnered academic all-state honors in both cross country and track & field, was a member of the National Honor Society and earned a Dover Sons & Daughters Scholarship… Graduated first in his class of 499 with a 4.0 grade point average.
