HONORS: Academic All-Mountain West (2020).

2019-20 Season (Fr.): Finished the season with a stroke average of 75.45 over 11 rounds… Season-best 54-hole score was a nine-over 225 (75-76-74) at the South Dakota State-hosted Jackrabbit Invite, where he finished tied for 46th… Season-best tournament finish was a 1-under 143 (71-72) at the Southern Utah-hosted Pat Hicks Invite, where he finished sixth… Carded one round under par, a season-low round score of 71 at the Pat Hicks Invite… The remainder of the season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic... Earned academic all-Mountain West honors.

High School: Four-year letterwinner at Alcoa (Tenn.) High School... A three-time first-team all-state selection and a two-time Prepxtra Player of the Year Finalist, along with earning all-Blount County honors each of his four years in high school... Was named the 2018 Blount County Athlete of the Year and a Prepxtra Player of the Year Finalist as a senior as he finished fourth at the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TSSAA) state tournament... Was the 2017 and 2018 district tournament winner, which included a record-setting 6-under 66 during his senior season... Also won the regional tournament as a junior in 2017...  Was the 2017 TSSAA Player of the Year Runner-up  as he won the state championship with a 10-under-par, which included a 65 in his second round... That 7-under 65 tied the all-time best round in the state of Tennessee with current PGA player Brandt Snedeker... Was a 2017 Tennessee Jr. Cup Team Member, where he won every match and led the field in birdies, helping East Tennessee to its first title in three years... Was the youngest qualifier ever for the Tennessee State Open as he won the qualifier... Placed seventh at the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) Scott Stallings Junior Championship in 2017 and finished ninth in 2019... Also placed fourth at the 2019 AJGA Bluegrass Junior Championships... Invited to play in the 2019 Arnold Palmer Jr. Invitational at Bay Hill in Orlando, Fla., where he finished tied for 25th.

Personal: Son of Daniel and Carolyn Hunter... Has two brothers and one sister...  Majoring in psychology.
