2021 (SR)
Indoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 
Outdoor: Competed in both the discus and hammer throughout the season… Finished third in the discus with a season-best mark of 47.79 meters at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Notched a season-best throw of 47.28 meters (155-1) in the hammer at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational to place second in the event… Earned academic all-Mountain West and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

2020 (JR)
Indoor: Placed 17th in the weight throw with a mark of 15.84 meters (51-11.75) at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Recorded career-best mark of 16.48 meters (54-1.00) in the weight throw at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Elite Invitational… Recorded three top-10 finishes in the weight throw, including placing fourth with a heave of 16.03 meters (52-2.75) at the Boise State-hosted Jackson’s/Nike Boise Indoor Invitational… Also competed in the shot put at one meet, placing 19th with a mark of 11.54 meters (37-10.50) at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational... Earned academic all-MW honors.

2019 (SO)
Indoor: Competed in the shot put and weight throw at three meets… Recorded season-best mark of 15.82 meters (51-11.00) in the weight throw to place sixth at the Boise State-hosted Bronco Invitational… Tallied a career-best mark of 12.02 meters (39-05.25) in the shot put at the Montana State Dual Meet.
Outdoor: Placed 11th in the discus (46.88 meters/153-10) and 22nd in the hammer (41.72 meters/136-10) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Recorded career-best mark of 49.34 meters (161-10.5) in the hammer at the BYU-hosted Clarence Robison Invitational, where she placed fourth in the event… Finished second in the discus with a season-best mark of 48.04 meters (157-7.25) at the Clarence Robison Invitational… Also threw 48.04 meters (157-7.25) in the discus at the Arizona State-hosted Sun Angel Classic to place fourth… Set career-best mark of 12.09 meters (39-8) in the shot put at the Long Beach State-hosted Beach Invitational.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Earned first-team all-Western Athletic Conference honors in the discus with a second-place finish at the Outdoor Championships… Moved into second all-time in UVU history at the league championships with her personal-best toss of 49.46 meters (162-3)… Earned first career victory in the discus (47.75 meters/156-8) at the Utah State-hosted Mark Faldmo Invitational… Finished second in the discus (47.35 meters/155-4) at the UC Riverside Spring Classic… Recorded a season-best mark of 10.90 meters (35-9.25) in the shot put at UVU’s Collegiate Invite… Threw a season-best 36.90 meters (121-0) in the hammer at the BYU-hosted Clarence Robison Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: A three-time letterwinner as a thrower at Bingham High School in South Jordan, Utah… Helped the Miners capture four straight region titles from 2014-17… Captured individual region titles in both the discus (39.11 meters) and shot put (10.23 meters) as a senior… Recorded personal-best throw of 41.32 meters in the discus at the Davis Invitational in her final season… Finished second in the discus and fourth in the shot put at the 2017 UHSAA 5A State Championships… Earned the leadership award as a junior and senior… Was an academic all-region recipient.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Gordon and Denise Allen… Has one brother and four sisters… Sister, Hayley, was a high jumper on the Utah Valley track & field team… Cousins Erika and Nicole played on the women’s basketball team at UVU… Majoring in kinesiology.
