Indoor: Set a season best in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:36.89 as he placed 12th at the Idaho State-hosted Snake River Open… Ran a personal-best mile of 4:22.85 at the Weber State Invitational, placing eighth.

2022 (FR)
Cross Country (2021): Qualified for both the Pan American Cross Country Championships and NACAC (North America, Central America and Caribbean) Cross Country Championships by placing fifth with a time of 26:57 in the Under 20 8K race at the USATF Cross Country Championships… Made his collegiate debut at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where he placed fourth with a time of 21:53 for his best finish of the season… Finished eighth with a time of 19:32.3 at the Utah Open, helping the Aggies place first as a team… Helped Utah State capture the team title at the Montana State Invitational, where he placed 15th with a time of 25:14.50… Finished 11th with a time of 22:21.0 at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational, and placed 18th with a time of 25:16.2 in the 8K Open Race at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run.
Indoor: Won the 3,000 meters with a career-best time of 8:34.32 at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain State Games.
Outdoor: Placed second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a career-best time of 9:18.68 at the Fresno State Invitational… Finished third in the 3,000 meters with a personal-best time of 8:46.15 at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Opened the season by placing third in the steeplechase with a time of 9:41.79 at the Arizona-hosted Willie Williams Classic… Placed fourth in the steeplechase with a time of 9:39.71 at the Utah Valley Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL: A six-time letterwinner – four in cross country and two in track & field – at Madison High School in Rexburg, Idaho… Named all-district three times, first-team all-state in cross country two times, third-team all-state once and was a two-time Standard Journal Runner of the Year… Helped lead the Bobcats to a trio of third-place finishes at the state cross country championships and a trio of district championships… Recorded four individual wins during his senior season of cross country, including at the district championships… Ranked second in the state as a senior… Member of the National Honor Society and was the regional science bowl winner… Earned a dean’s scholarship to Utah State.
PERSONAL: Son of Matt and Anna Dixon… Has three sisters… Father, Matt, competed in track & field at Rick’s College from 1991-93 and is currently a professor at BYU-Idaho… Married Ellie Meyerhoffer Dixon in June 2025… Served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Barcelona, Spain, from 2022-24… Majoring in mechanical engineering.
