OUTDOOR RECORDS: Ranks fourth all-time in USU history in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 59.34, set in 2018.

2022 (SR)
Indoor: Placed 10th in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.82 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Finished third in the 60-meter hurdles at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet with a time of 8.81, ranking as the 10th-best time in the event in Aggie history… Set a career-best time of 58.60 in the 400 meters at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Elite Invitational to finish 19th, while also placing 14th in the 60-meter hurdles (8.96) and fifth in the 4x400-meter relay (3:47.96) at the meet… Registered three top-three finishes on the season, in addition to 13 top-10 finishes.
Outdoor: Place eighth in the 100-meter hurdles (14.46) and nine in the 400-meter hurdles (1:02.24) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Set a personal best in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.01 at the Utah Valley Invitational, placing second in the event… Also set a career-best time of 26.22 in the 200 meters at the Arizona-hosted Willie Williams Classic… Placed first at the USU-hosted Aggie Invitational in both the 100-meter hurdles (14.40) and the 4x400-meter relay (3:53.31)… Registered seven top-three finishes and 11 top-10 finishes on the season... Earned Academic All-MW honors and was also named a MW Scholar-Athlete and a Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.

2021 (SO)
Indoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 
Outdoor: Ran the 800 meters at one meet, the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Missed the majority of the season due to injury… Earned academic all-Mountain West and MW Scholar-Athlete accolades.

2018 (FR)
Indoor: Placed fifth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:45.59, eighth in the DMR with a personal-best time of 11:57.70, and 15th in the prelims of the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.90 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Set career-best time of 3:44.34 in the 4x400-meter relay, which ranks seventh all-time in school history, at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Invitational… Recorded season-best time of 8.89 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Jackson Nike Boise Indoor Invite… Set season best of 59.62 in the 400 meters at the Montana State Dual Meet… Finished in the top 10 in 11 of the 16 races she competed in.
Outdoor: Placed 10th in the first round of the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:00.82 at the USATF Junior Outdoor Championships… Finished 41st in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:00.88 at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships… Placed fourth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:00.83), fifth in the 4x400-meter relay (3:45.89), seventh in the 4x100-meter relay (47.64) and 11th in the prelims of the 100-meter hurdles (14.22) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Recorded career-best time of 59.34 in the 400-meter hurdles, which ranks fourth all-time in school history, at the BYU-hosted Clarence Robison Invitational, where she placed first in the event… Also placed first in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:46.38 at the Utah State-hosted Mark Faldmo Invitational… Set a season-best time of 14.23 in the 100-meter hurdles at the Clarence Robison Invitational and a career-best time of 47.59 in the 4x100-meter relay at the Mark Faldmo Invitational… Garnered USTFCCCA All-Academic, academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete accolades.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned team MVP honors at Brighton High School in Sandy, Utah, as a junior and senior as she led the Bengals to a second-place finish at the 2017 Taylorsville Invitational… Earned all-state honors in both the 100m hurdles and the 300m hurdles with career bests of 14.42 and 44.84, respectively… Also competed in the 200m (25.78) and long jump (17-7.5)… Captured first place in four events at the Region 3 championships… Also a two-year letterwinner on the cheer squad, acting as team captain as a senior and placing first in the region and 12th at nationals in 2016… Graduated in the top 40 of her class with a 3.93 GPA and earned multiple academic letters.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Dave and Rachel Griffiths… Has three sisters… Served in the Sendai/Tokyo North Mission in Japan for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints... Majoring in global communication.
