2024 (SR)
Cross Country (2023): Placed 21st with a 5k time of 19:33 at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational… Took 17th with a 6k time of 24:01.90 at the Nevada-hosted 2024 NCAA Mountain Regional Preview… Finished 14th with a 5k time of 19:08.65 at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Invitational… Placed 26th with a 5k time of 20:23.8 at the Utah Open… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Placed third in the DMR with a time of 12:21.21 at the Mountain State Games.
Outdoor: Set a personal best in the mile with a time of 5:06.27 as she placed sixth at the Weber State Spring Open… Placed fourth in both the 800 meters (2:21.36) and 1,500 meters (4:48.54) at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational... Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors. 

2023 (JR)
Cross Country (2022): Competed in three meets during the season with her best finish coming at the Utah Open, where she placed 18th with a 5K time of 19:59.8 as Utah State won the team title… Finished 31st with a 5K time of 20:25.41 in the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational… Opened the season by placing 25th with a 5K time of 19:30 at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where the Aggies finished first as a team.
Indoor: Placed 50th in the mile at the Washington Invitational with a career-best time of 5:06.07, also placing eighth in the distance medley relay with a season-best time of 12:00.04.
Outdoor: Placed sixth in the 1,500 meters at the Idaho State-hosted Bengal Invitational with a season-best time of 4:41.60, also placing seventh in the 800 meters with a time of 2:18.67… Recorded a season-best time in the 800 meters of 2:17.66 to place 12th at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational… Earned academic all-Mountain West and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

2022 (SO)
Cross Country (2021): Finished 10th with a time of 19:24.0 at the season-opening Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational… Placed 31st with a time of 17:57.2 at the Montana State Invitational as the Aggies placed first overall as a team… Placed 11th with a time of 23:20.1 to help Utah State to a first-place team finish at the Idaho State Invitational… Placed 15th with a time of 19:46.7 at the USU-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational… Finished 20th with a time of 20:01.6 to help the Aggies to a second-place finish at the Utah Open... Earned Academic All-MW honors and was also named a MW Scholar-Athlete.
Indoor: Placed second in the DMR with a time of 11:49.60, which ranks fourth all-time in school history, at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain State Games, where she also finished sixth in the mile with a career-best time of 5:11.28… Ran a personal-best time of 2:21.21 to place fourth in the 800 meters at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet… Opened the season by placing eighth in the mile with a time of 5:23.01 at the BYU Invitational… Placed seventh in the 800 meters (2:25.34) and 15th in the mile (5:24.04) at the Idaho State-hosted Stacy Dragila Invitational.
Outdoor: Ran a personal-best time of 5:08.23 to place sixth at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational… Won the 1,500 meters with a season-best time of 4:37.39 at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Opened the season at the Utah Valley Invitational, where she placed eighth in the 800 meters (2:18.83) and sixth in the 1,500 meters (4:45.99)… Finished 32nd in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:43.67 at the Fresno State Invitational... Earned Academic All-MW honors and was also named a MW Scholar-Athlete and a Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.

2021 (FR)
Cross Country (2020): Competed at just one meet during the shortened season, placing 33rd at the Dixie State Invitational with a time of 22:21.7… Earned academic all-Mountain West and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Outdoor: Finished second in the 1,500 meters with a career-best time of 4:37.32 at the Weber State Twilight Meet… Tied for fourth in the 800 meters with a personal-best time of 2:17.10 at the Idaho State-hosted Bengal Invitational… Ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational, placing seventh with a career-best time of 12:06.28… Earned academic all-Mountain West and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: Captured 10 individual state titles while competing on the Panguitch (Utah) High School track & field/cross country teams… Also ran a leg on the Bobcats’ medley relay team that captured state titles from 2017-19… Was the 1A individual cross country state champion from 2017-19, the individual 800-meter champion from 2017-19, the individual 1,600-meter state champion from 2018-19 and the individual 3,200-meter state champion from 2018-19… Was the second-place finisher at the 1A state cross country championships as a freshman in 2016… Also placed second in the 1,600 meters and 3,200 meters at the 2017 1A state track & field championships… Led Panguitch HS to the 2018 1A state cross country championships… The Bobcats finished second at state in 2016, 2017 and 2019… Helped lead Panguitch HS to track & field state championships from 2017-19… Set the school record in the 800 meters with a personal-best time of 2:18… Also lettered four years in volleyball at Panguitch HS… Tallied 301 kills with a .248 hitting percentage during her senior season, helping the Bobcats capture the state title with a 25-4 overall record… Panguitch HS also captured volleyball state titles in 2017 and 2018, while placing second in 2016… Named the 2018 1A MVP in volleyball, while also earning first-team all-state and first-team all-region honors from 2017-19… Earned academic all-state honors in cross country, track & field and volleyball… Graduated from Panguitch HS first in her class with a GPA of 4.0.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Troy and Ann Marie Norris… Has four brothers and sisters… Brother, Trac, was a distance runner at Utah Valley… Sister, Kalani, played volleyball at Utah Valley and was a thrower on the Wolverines’ track & field team… Majoring in communication disorders & deaf education.
