Indoor: Placed fourth in the 4x400-meter relay, fifth in the DMR and 19th in the prelims of the 400 meters at the Mountain West Indoor Championships, finishing in a personal-best 3:40.16, 11:49.89 and 56.25, respectively… Won the 400 meters at the Idaho-State hosted Stacy Dragila Open in a time of 56.01… Finished first in the 400 meters and the 4x400-meter relay at the Weber State Invitational with times of 57.32 and 3:56.51, respectively… Set a personal best in the 500 meters with a time of 1:14.96 as she placed third at the BYU December Invitational.

Indoor: Placed fourth in the DMR with a personal record time of 11:46.95, seventh in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:43.27, which ranks fifth all-time in school history, and 11th in the 400 meters preliminaries with a time of 55.37, which ranks seventh all-time in school history, at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Won the 400 meters (56.46) and 4x400-meter relay (3:53.52) at the Idaho State-hosted Snake River Open… Claimed the 4x400-meter relay title with a time of 3:55.22 at the Weber State Invitational… Set a personal best in the 60 meters with a time of 7.90 during preliminaries at the Idaho State-hosted Snake River Open… Placed third in the 600 meters with a career-best time of 1:35.12 at the Utah State-hosted Roman Ruiz Speed and Power Meet.
Outdoor: Finished third in the 4x400-meter relay with a season best time of 3:39.88, which ranks second in school history, to earn All-Mountain West honors at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Finished ninth in the finals of the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:03.10, after taking fifth in the preliminaries with a time of 59.87, at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Took first in the 4x400-meter relay (3:46.08) and set personal bests in the 400-meter hurdles (third, 59.62), which ranks ninth in school history, and 100 meters (ninth, 12.45) at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Set a personal best in the 400 meters with a time of 56.29 as she placed third at the Utah Tech Invitational… Won the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 59.83 at the Utah Tech Invitational.

Indoor: Placed 14th in the 800 meters at the Mountain West Indoor Championships with a time of 2:19.21… Placed second in the 800 meters at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet with a career-best time of 2:18.53… Finished fourth in the 4x400-meter relay at the BYU Invitational with a time of 4:10.22, also placing 13th in the 400 meters with a season-best time of 1:02.20.
Outdoor: Placed 18th in the 400-meter hurdles at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships with a time of 1:04.59… Placed 23rd in the 400-meter hurdles at the Azusa Pacific-hosted Bryan Clay Invitational with a season-best time of 1:02.12.
2022 (FR)
Indoor: Placed second in the DMR with a time of 11:49.60, which ranks fourth all-time in school history, at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain State Games… Finished seventh in the DMR with a time of 11:51.89, which ranks seventh all-time in school history, at the Washington Invitational… Ran a season-best time of 2:19.68 in the 800 meters to place fifth at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain State Games, where she also placed fourth in the 4x400-meter relay with a season-best time of 4:03.36 and 12th in the 800 meters with a time of 2:23.41.
Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 400-meter hurdles with a season-best time of 1:03.71 at the Utah Valley Invitational… Opened the season with a career-best time of 2:24.20 in the 800 meters to place 12th at the Arizona-hosted Willie Williams Classic, where she also finished sixth in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:05.23… Recorded a season-best time of 3:58.29 in the 4x400-meter relay to place third at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational, where she also placed fifth in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:03.79… Placed 17th in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:03.87 at the Fresno State Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL: Member of the track & field team at Delta HS… Helped the Rabbits to two consecutive state titles as a team… Placed first at state in the 200 meters, 400 meters and 4x400-meter relay and placed second in the 300-meter hurdles… Registered personal-best times of 12.31 in the 100 meters, 24.87 in the 200 meters, 56.10 in the 400 meters, and 43.09 in the 300-meter hurdles.
PERSONAL: Has three siblings… Cousin, Savannah, also ran for the track & field team at Delta HS, winning the state title in the 100-meter and 300-meter hurdles.
