HONORS: Academic All-Mountain West (2021 VB, 2023 T&F, 2024 T&F); Mountain West Scholar-Athlete (2021 VB, 2022 VB, 2023 VB, 2023 T&F, 2023 VB, 2024 T&F); Joe E. Whitesides Award (2024).

2024 (SR)
Indoor: Finished 13th in the high jump with a mark of 1.60 meters (5-3) at the Mountain West Indoor Championships... Won the high jump with a clearance of 1.61 meters (5-3.25) at the Utah State-hosted Roman Ruiz Speed and Power Meet... Placed third in the high jump with a personal-best mark of 1.65 meters (5-5) at the Weber State Invitational.
Outdoor: Tied for eighth in the high jump with a season-best clearance of 1.63 meters (5-4.25) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships... Set a personal best in the triple jump with a mark of 10.91 meters (35-9.5) as she took fourth at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational... Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
Volleyball (2023): Missed the season due to injury… Earned the Joe E. Whitesides Award and was a Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.

2023 (JR)
Indoor: Placed second in the high jump at the USU-hosted Speed and Power Meet with a career-best mark of 1.63 meters (5-4.25).
Outdoor: Did not compete during the outdoor season.
Volleyball: Appeared in nine matches, making four starts… Recorded 17 kills, 13.0 blocks, seven digs and one assist… Had a career-high eight kills against Portland (Sept. 10)… Logged a season-best five blocks twice... Named a MW Scholar-Athlete.

2022 (SO)
Indoor: Placed 12th in the high jump with a career-best mark of 1.62 meters (5-3.75) at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Finished second in the high jump with a height of 1.58 meters (5-2.25) at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet… Recorded the same height to place 24th at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Elite Invitational… Opened the season by placing sixth in the high jump with a mark of 1.57 meters (5-1.75) at the BYU Invitational… Placed eighth in the high jump with a mark of 1.60 meters (5-3.00) at the Nebraska-hosted Mark Colligan Memorial.
Outdoor: Placed sixth in the high jump with a career-best height of 1.68 meters (5-6.00) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Recorded a mark of 1.60 meters (5-3.00) in each of her first three appearances of the season, placing eighth at the Utah Valley Invitational, fourth at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational and ninth at the Fresno State Invitational.
Volleyball (2021): Played in 16 matches, making 12 starts, and appeared in 54 sets… Finished the season with 69 blocks, 39 kills, 16 digs, two assists and two service aces… Had a season-high eight blocks in three games… Recorded a season-high five kills three times… Named academic all-MW... Was a Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete Award recipient.

2020 (FR)
VOLLEYBALL: Played in two matches... Recorded one kill and two block assists in her two appearances.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Salon Lukio in Salon, Finland... Played club volleyball for Raahen Lentopallo (2014-19) and most recently, LP Viesti... Was an all-star honoree at the Finnish Junior Championships in 2017 and 2018, leading her team to a second-place finish those seasons... Helped LP Viesti to a second-place finish in the 2019 Finnish Cup... Was also an accomplished high jumper... Took first in the Finnish-Swedish National Match in 2018, and medaled at the Finnish Junior Championships six times in her career, earning four silver and two bronze medals.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Tommi and Teija Mehtola... Oldest of two children... Majoring in sociology.
