2014-15 (R-Sr.): Finished the season with a stroke average of 75.32 over 22 rounds... Tied for 30th with an 8-over 221 (76-72-73) at the season-ending Mountain West Championships... Season-best 54-hole score was a 3-over 219 (71-74-74) at the Wyoming-hosted Cowboy Classic... Best tournament finish was at the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational as he tied for 29th with a 3-over 147 (75-72)... Carded low round of 2-under 70 at the OGIO Utah Invitational... Had two rounds under par... Earned academic all-MW honors.

2013-14 (RS): Redshirted during the year.

2012-13 (Jr.): Finished the season with a stroke average of 78.86 over seven rounds... Season-best 54-hole score was a 17-over 233 (80-71-82) at the Weber State hosted Battle at the Tetons as he shot a collegiate-low 1-under 71 during the tournament.

Junior College: Spent two years at Eastern Wyoming Junior College in Torrington, Wyo... Won the Region IV Championship as a sophomore and was one of five individuals to compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Summer Nationals... Had a stroke average of 73.8 as a sophomore and won two tournaments during the year... Had a low round of 68 during the season and helped the Lancers finish second at the Region IV Championships.

High School: Had a stroke average of 75.0 as a prep senior at Riverton (Wyo.) High School with a low round of 68... Earned all-conference and all-state honors during his senior season, to go along with one tournament win... Also spent two years on the swimming team, and qualified for the state championships in the 50 and 100 freestyle, and 100 butterfly along with the relay teams... Placed 12th at state in the 100 free style (52.6)... Was a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Gary Waxler and Michele Johnson... Has four sisters... Step uncle, Mike Johnson, played golf at Utah State... Majoring in journalism.
