Cross Country (2024): Finished 13th at the Utah State Alumni Challenge with a 5K time of 18:39.74… Took 33rd at the BYU Autumn Classic with a three-mile time of 16:20.77… Placed fourth at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational with a 5K time of 18:49.69… Finished 69th at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals with a 6K time of 21:45.0… Earned Mountain West Women’s Cross Country Freshman of the Week honors on October 15.
Indoor: Set personal bests in the DMR (11:55.38) and the 800 meters (2:15.03) as she placed second and seventh, respectively, at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain States Games… Ran a personal-best mile of 5:05.53 at the Idaho State-hosted Snake River Open, placing sixth.
Outdoor: Did not compete during the outdoor season.
HIGH SCHOOL: An eight-time letterwinner in track & field and cross country at Orem High School in Orem, Utah… Was the 2024 Utah 4A state champion in the 1,600 meters (5:02.26) and took second in the 800 meters (2:14.63) and 3,200 meters (10:52.76)… Holds the Orem HS all-time 800 meter record… During her senior track & field season, recorded personal bests of 4:56.82 in the 1,600 meters, 2:11.44 in the 800 meters and 10:52.76 in the 3,200 meters… Was the 2023 Utah 4A runner-up at the cross country state meet with a time 18:34.5… Recorded a 5K personal best of 18:14.00… During her senior season in cross country, helped the Golden Tigers to a Region 8 Championship, third-place finish at the Utah 5A state meet and a 10th-place finish at the Southwest Region NXR… Finished 35th at the 2023 Woodbridge Cross Country Classic… Was an honor-roll student throughout high school.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Ryan and Mindy Trimble… Has two siblings… Older sister, Ari Trimble, is a distance runner at Utah Valley University… Majoring in art.
