Cross Country (2018): Did not compete during the season, but earned Mountain West Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Did not compete during the season.
Outdoor: Competed in two meets, recording personal-best times of 8:54.02 in the 3,000 meters and 15:41.24 in the 5,000 meters… Earned academic all-Mountain West, MW Scholar-Athlete and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: An eight-time letterwinner in cross country and track & field at Sugar-Salem High School in Sugar City, Idaho… Helped lead the Diggers to track & field state championships in 2015, 2017 and 2018, and cross country state titles in 2015 and 2016… Captured an individual 3A state title in cross country as a senior in 2017… Was the 3A runner-up at the state championships in both the 1,600 and 3,200 meters as a senior… Finished first or second in nine of 11 races during the 2017 cross country season… Was the lone freshman boy on the track & field team in 2015, placing ninth at state in the 3,200 meters… Finished second at the state cross country meet as a junior in 2016… A two-time all-area first-team selection in cross country… Tabbed first-team all-area in track & field on one occasion.

PERSONAL: Son of Adam and Jenny Anderson… Has three siblings… Majoring in biology.
