Utah State: Set USU records in the 5000m and 10,000m... Named first-team all-WAC after finishing second in the 5000m and third in the 10,000m at the 2010 Outdoor Championships... Named first-team all-WAC after finishing first in the 5000m and third in the 3000m at the 2010 Indoor Championships... Earned cross country all-region honors in 2010 Named first-team all-WAC after finishing second at the 2010 Cross Country Championships... Named WAC Male Cross Country Athlete of the Year after winning the 2009 Cross Country Championship... Named first-team all-WAC after winning the 10,000m at the 2009 Outdoor Championships and placing third in the 5,000m...Named WAC Track & Field Freshman of the Year at the 2008 Outdoor Championships... Was the only Aggie to earn a spot to compete in the NCAA Cross Country championships in 2009 where he placed 69th (30:36.8) overall... Earned academic all-WAC honors in 2009 and 2010.

High School: State champion in cross country in 2003... Top 10 at Foot Locker West in 2004.

Personal: Majoring in psychology with a minor in Spanish... Brother, Kyle, is on Utah State track & field/cross country teams.
