Indoor: Took ninth in the 3,000 meters (8:18.28) and 10th in the 5,000 meters (14:36.38) at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Set a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:03.63, which ranks fifth in school history, as he placed 22nd at the Washington Invitational… Won the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:27.59 at the Weber State Invitational.
Outdoor: Finished 14th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:29.06 and 15th in the preliminaries of the 1,500 meters with a personal best time of 3:52.58 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Set a personal best in the 5,000 meters with a time of 13:56.16, which ranks sixth in school history, as he took third in his heat at the Azusa Pacific-hosted Bryan Clay Invitational... Cross Country (2022): Placed 89th with a 10K time of 30:39.5 at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships… Finished 31st with an 8K time of 24:42.9 at the Mountain West Championships to help Utah State place third as a team… Placed 215th with an 8K time of 25:08.4 at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational… Finished 28th with an 8K time of 23:29.2 at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run to help Utah State place third out of 46 teams… Best finish was at the season-opening Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where he placed second with a 7K time of 21:09 to help the Aggies capture the team title.
Indoor: Finished 10th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:38.95 and 17th in the 3,000 meters with a personal-best time of 8:26.37 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Set a personal best in the 5,000 meters with a time of 8:26.37 as he placed 34th at the Washington-hosted Husky Classic.
Outdoor: Placed 20th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:54.28 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Set a personal best in the 10,000 meters with a time of 29:03.14 as he finished 25th at the Stanford Invitational… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

Cross Country (2021): Placed 45th with a time of 31:12.2 at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships, helping the Aggies place eighth out of 17 teams… Finished 28th with a time of 24:22.2 at the Mountain West Championships, where Utah State placed third overall… Placed 98th with a time of 24:30.3 at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational… Finished 49th with a time of 24:19.3 at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run, helping the Aggies place fourth out of 40 teams… Best finish of the season was at the Montana State Invitational, where he placed 17th with a time of 25:24.60 to help Utah State capture the team title... Indoor: Placed 10th in the 5,000 meters with a career-best time of 14:22.42 at the Washington Invitational… Ran a career-best time of 8:41.20 in the 3,000 meters to finish 10th at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Elite Invitational.
Outdoor: Placed third in the 5,000 meters with a career-best time of 14:09.01, which ranks eighth all-time in school history, at the Stanford Invitational… Finished 14th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:32.55 at the Fresno State Invitational... Was named a MW Scholar-Athlete and a USU Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.

Cross Country (2020): Was the fourth Aggie across the finish line at the NCAA National Championships, placing 108th with a time of 31:35.6, to help USU to an 11th-place finish as a team… Earned second-team all-conference honors after placing eighth with a time of 23:54.4 at the Mountain West Championships… Captured the individual title in the UNLV Invitational Garnet Race with a time of 24:33.4… Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic, academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete accolades.

Outdoor: Finished seventh in the 10,000 meters with a career-best time of 30:04.65 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships, where he also competed in the 1,500 meters… Placed first in the 5,000 meters with a season-best time of 14:16.11, which ranks 10th all-time in school history, at the Drake Relays… Finished second in the 5K with a time of 14:49.22 at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete accolades.

Cross Country (2019): Notched a trio of top-10 finishes on the season, including fourth with a time of 19:50.9 at the Utah Open, sixth with a time of 22:01.98 at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial and eighth with a time of 22:19.77 at the USU-hosted Sagebrush Invitational… Placed 32nd with a time of 26:32.4 at the Montana State Cross Country Classic.
Indoor: Competed in three meets with his best finish coming at the Boise State-hosted Jackson’s/Nike Boise Indoor Invitational, where he placed first in the 5,000 meters with a season-best time of 15:05.66… Ran season-best time of 8:47.23 in the 3,000 meters at the BYU Indoor Invitational… Earned academic all-Mountain West honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: A seven-time letterwinnner in track & field and cross country at Northridge High School in Layton, Utah… Earned all-state honors after placing third with a time of 4:20.41 in the 1,600-meter run, eighth in the 800-meter run (1:58.02) and seventh in the 3,200-meter run (9:33.90) at the 6A State Track & Field Championships during his senior season, which were all personal-best times… Finished seventh in the three-mile run (15:13) in the 6A State Cross Country Championships as a senior…Earned all-region honors after capturing an individual title in the 3,200-meter run with a time of 15:38.53… Also named all-region in the 800-meter run and 1,600-meter run… Earned academic all-state honors in cross country and track & field… Earned a presidential and regents’ scholarship, and garnered academic all-state honors in cross country and track & field… Also part of the National Honor Society, was named senior class vice president and was the Northridge HS Scholar-Athlete of the Year… Also played lacrosse for the Knights… Graduated first in his class of 640.
