Indoor: Won her section of the mile competition at the Nevada Invitational with a personal-best time of 5:04.67… Set a personal best in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:52.50 as she placed 48th at the Washington Invitational… Placed 11th in the 5,000 meters with a personal-best time of 18:07.50 at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain States Games.
Outdoor: Placed 21st in the 5,000 meters and 22nd in the prelims of the 1,500 meters at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships with personal-best times of 16:54.94 and 4:36.18, respectively… Following her freshman season, finished 12th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:21.93 at the USATF U20 Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: An eight-time letterwinner, four times each in track & field and cross country, at Mountain Ridge High School in Herriman, Utah… The Utah 6A individual champion in the 3,200 meters in 2024 with a time of 10:37.64… Helped the Sentinels to two region championships in cross country (2021, 2022) and one in track & field (2023)… Named Mountain Ridge’s Female Athlete of the Year… Member of the National Honor Society.
