Cross Country (2025): Placed 12th at the Utah State Alumni Challenge with a 5K time of 18:44.5… Finished 108th at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run with a 6K time of 21:20.1… Took 146th at the Missouri-hosted 2025 Pre-National Invitational with a 6K time of 21:29.6… Placed 59th at the NCAA Mountain Regionals with a 6K time of 22:11.8.

2023 (SO)
Cross Country (2022): Competed at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships, but did not finish the 6K race… Placed 45th with a 6K time of 21:23.3 at the Mountain West Championships, where the Aggies placed third as a team… Led Utah State to the team title at the Utah Open, where she placed third with a 5K time of 18:47.5… Helped the Aggies place second at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational as she finished sixth with a 5K time of 18:30.84… The fifth Aggie to cross the finish line in the Open Race at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run, completing the 6K course in 21:45.8… Was the second Aggie to cross the finish line at the Idaho State Open, placing fourth overall with a 6K time of 22:43.2 to help Utah State take the team title… Began the season by placing 21st with a 5K time of 19:18 at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where the Aggies finished first as a team.
Indoor: Placed fifth in the 3,000 meters at the Nebraska-hosted Mark Colligan Memorial with a career-best time of 10:00.35… Won the 3,000 meters at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Invitational with a time of 10:08.15… Placed 15th in the 5,000 meters at the Washington Invitational with a career-best time of 17:25.08.
Outdoor: Placed sixth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships with a career-best time of 10:27.09, ranking 10th all-time at USU… Finished second in the steeplechase at both the San Francisco State-hosted Mike Fanelli Track Classic and the Fresno State Invitational with times of 10:46.56 and 10:43.17, respectively.

2022 (FR)
Cross Country (2021): Placed 11th with a time of 19:34 at the season-opening Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational… Finished 23rd with a time of 17:32.40 at the Montana State Invitational… Placed third with a time of 21:48.1 in the Open Race at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run… Placed 31st with a time of 22:03.6 in the B Race at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational.
Indoor: Did not compete during the indoor season.
Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a career-best time of 11:04.14 at the Fresno State Invitational… Opened the season by placing sixth in the 3,000 meters with a personal-best time of 10:24.06 at the Utah Valley Invitational… Placed second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:42.58 at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Finished seventh in the steeplechase with a time of 11:23.10 at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in track & field and cross country at Centreville High School in Clifton, Virginia… Was a three-time district champion in cross country, along with capturing one regional title in the sport… Garnered all-state accolades in cross country three times, twice during the indoor track & field season and twice during the outdoor season… Tabbed all-district during the outdoor season three times, and twice each in cross country and indoor track & field… Helped lead the Wildcats to the district and regional cross country championships as a senior in 2020… Played basketball for one season and was a team captain… Member of the Centreville HS choir.
