Utah State: Earned second-team all-WAC honors after finishing sixth in the mile at the 2011 Indoor Championships... Set a new personal-best time in the indoor 800m, mile and 3,000m as well as the outdoor mile in 2011... Did not compete in 2010... Tabbed first-team all-WAC four times after winning the mile and the distance medley and finishing second in the 3,000m at the 2009 Indoor Championships and finishing second in the 1,500m at the 2009 Outdoor Championships... Named 2007 WAC Freshman of the Year and first-team all-WAC after finishing fourth in the 2007 WAC Cross Country Championship... Earned first-team all-WAC twice after winning the 5,000m and again after finishing second in the 3,000m steeplechase at the 2008 Outdoor Championships... Named second-team all-WAC after finishing fifth in the 1,500m at the 2008 Indoor Championships.

High School: State champion in 2007 in the 1600m and 3200m.
