Utah State: Received first-team all-WAC honors after placing first in the 3,000m and second in the 5,000m at the 2011 Indoor Championships as well as finishing second in the 3,000m steeplechase and third in the 5,000m at the 2011 Outdoor Championships... Placed 21st at the 2011 NCAA West Region Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase... Set a new school record in the indoor 5,000m in 2011... Named first-team all-WAC after finishing second in the 3,000m at the 2010 Indoor Championships and after finshing third in the 3,000m steeplechase and 5,000m at the 2010 Outdoor Championships... Placed 45th at the 2010 NCAA West Region Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase...Named first-team all-WAC after finishing fourth at the 2011 Cross Country Championships, fifth at the 2010 Cross Country Championships and second at the 2009 Cross Country Championships... Earned cross country all-region honors in 2010... Earned second-team all-WAC three times after finishing fifth in the 3,000m and 5,000m at the 2009 Indoor Championships and fourth at the 2009 Outdoor championships... Named second-team all-WAC after finishing fifth in the 3,000m at the 2009 Indoor Championships... Earned academic all-WAC honors in 2009, 2010 and 2011.

High School: Two-time state champion in 1,600 and 3,000 meters.
