INDOOR RECORDS: Has the third- and seventh-fastest times (9:56.92; 9:59.38) in USU history in the distance medley relay.

2016 (SR)
Indoor: Placed seventh in the 800m with a time of 1:53.07 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Ran a career-best time of 1:52.62 in the 800m at the New Mexico Team Challenge… Also recorded a career-best time of 4:17.35 in the mile at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational.
Outdoor: Competed in four meets, running career-best times of 1:53.25 in the 800m at the UC Irvine Anteater Invitational and 4:01.24 at the Utah Valley Invitational.

2012 (JR) Earned first-team all-WAC honors after placing second in the mile with a time of 4:18.37 at the Indoor Championships… Also earned second-team all-WAC honors after placing fifth in the 800m with a personal-best time of 1:55.34 at the Indoor Championships… Set personal-best time of 1:55.50 in the 800m during the outdoor season.

2011 (XC): Competed in six meets during the season and placed 82nd at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships with a time of 32:58.9… Finished 18th with a time of 26:36.4 at the WAC Championships… Had a pair of top-20 finishes, including placing 13th with a time of 21:55.1 at the Utah State Open and 20th with a time of 25:53.00 at the Bozeman Running Company/Montana State Invitational.

2011 (SO): Was part of the distance medley team that captured its fifth straight Western Athletic Conference title with a time of 9:59.38 at the Indoor Championships… Also placed seventh in the mile (4:17.04) and 14th in the 3,000m (9:07.12) at the Indoor Championships… Set personal-best time of 3:54.68 in the 1,500m at the California-hosted Brutus Hamilton Invitational.

2010 (XC): Competed in two meets during the season, placing 22nd with a time of 25:16.3 at the Utah State Open and 48th with a time of 27:55.00 at the Bozeman Running Company/ Montana State Invitational.

2010 (FR): Redshirted during the indoor season… Best finish of the outdoor season was at the Boise State Invitational, where he placed third in the 1,500m with a time of 4:08.12… Also placed sixth in the 800m at the Utah Invitational with a time of 1:58.23.

2009 (XC): Redshirted in his first season at Utah State.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned all-state honors at Davis High School in Kaysville, Utah, and was named state champion in both the 800m and 1,600m.

PERSONAL: Majoring in science.
