2015 (JR): Placed 15th in the 5,000m (18:18.15) and 20th in the 3,000m (10:27.22) at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Finished 16th in the 10,000m (38:39.52) at the MW Outdoor Championships… Set personal-best times of 4:56.34 in the 1,500m at the UC Irvine Invitational and 37:59.36 in the 10,000m at the prestigious Mt. SAC Relays… Earned academic all-MW honors and was a MW Scholar-Athlete.

2013 (XC): Competed in six meets... Placed 92nd at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships with a time of 22:29... Finished 17th with a time of 22:20.46 at the Mountain West Championships... Took sixth at the Aggie Invitational (19:50.50) and ninth at the Utah Valley Invitational (17:56.00)... Was a MW Scholar-Athlete and earned academic all-MW honors.
2013 (FR): Finished eighth in the 5,000m (17:58.46) and 29th in the 3,000m (10:53.72) at the WAC Indoor Championships... Placed 14th in the 10,000m (40:32.44) at the WAC Outdoor Championships.
2012 (XC): Competed in six meets... Took 85th at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships (22:45.3)... Brought home a 27th-place finish at the WAC Championships (18:29.75)... Placed 18th at the Aggie Invitational (18:40.52)... Finished 19th at the Montana State Invitational with a time of 18:15.00.
HIGH SCHOOL: A six-time letterwinner in cross country and track & field at Skyline High School in Salt Lake City, Utah… Named to cross country all-state team as a sophomore, junior and senior… State track & field champion in the two-mile race as a junior.
