Indoor: Did not compete during the season... Earned USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete honors.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 (JR)
Cross Country (2018): Placed 105th with a time of 22:14.3 at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships… Ran in five races for the Aggies during the season with her best finish coming at the Utah Open, where she placed second with a time of 18:54.2… Had three top-10 finishes on the season as she finished eighth with a time of 18:37.31 at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational and 10th with a time of 18:56.58 at the USU-hosted Sagebrush Invitational… Finished 21st with a time of 18:46.7 at the BYU-hosted Autumn Classic… Placed 51st with a time of 22:40.6 in the unseeded race at Pre-Nationals… Earned Mountain West Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Placed 11th in the prelims of the mile with a time of 5:02.00 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Recorded career-best time of 5:01.30 in the mile at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Collegiate Elite Invitational, where she placed second in the event for her best finish of the season… Also ran career-best time of 9:51.39 in the 3,000 meters, which ranks 10th all-time in school history, at the Washington Invitational.
Outdoor: Redshirted during the season… Earned academic all-Mountain West, MW Scholar-Athlete and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete honors.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Competed on the cross country and track & field teams at Iowa State, where she ran in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the 2017 Big 12 Outdoor Championships… Recorded personal-best time of 10:23.19 in the steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational, which ranks second all-time in ISU history... Competed at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational in the “B” race, finishing 87th overall with a time of 23:26 during the 2017 cross country season… Earned academic all-Big 12 recognition.

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-time Iowa High School state champion, winning individual titles in cross country in 2013 and 2014, while taking the 1,500- and 3000-meter 3A crowns in 2014... Ran a top-50 time in the country to take home the 3000-meter state title, clocking a 9:59.31... Won state cross country titles at each 4A (Dowling) and 3A & 2A (Gilbert) levels, leading three state championship teams... Was the first runner to win individual state titles at the 2A, 3A and 4A competition levels... Took second place at the 2013 Heartland Classic.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Jim and Anne Gibbons... Father, Jim, was a national championship-winning, three-time All-American wrestler at Iowa State, who would later go on to coach the Cyclone wrestling program for seven seasons, leading ISU to the 1987 NCAA Championships... Majoring in applied economics.
