Cross Country (2023): Began her sophomore season by placing 18th with a 5k time of 19:28 at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational… Took 21st with a 6k time of 24:27.20 at the Nevada-hosted 2024 NCAA Mountain Regional Preview… Helped USU capture the team title at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial by placing seventh with a 5k time of 18:56.25… Finished the season by taking 17th with a 5k time of 19:48.5 at the Utah Open… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Set a personal best in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:41.95 as she placed ninth at the Idaho State-hosted Snake River Open… Finished second in the DMR with a personal-best time of 12:13.37 at the Weber State Invitational.
Outdoor: Did not compete during the outdoor season... Earned MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

2023 (FR)
Cross Country (2022): Began her collegiate career by placing 14th with a 6K time of 23:48.2 at the Idaho State Open to help Utah State capture the team title… Placed 20th with a 5K time of 19:28.02 at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational… Helped the Aggies finish first at the Utah Open as she placed 19th with a 5K time of 20:06.9… Named a Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.
Indoor: Recorded a season-best time of 5:19.78 in the mile to place sixth at the USU-hosted Speed and Power Meet.
Outdoor: Recorded a career-best time in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational, finishing fifth with a time of 11:30.36… Earned academic all-Mountain West and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in track & field and cross country for four years at American Fork (Utah) High School… Helped lead the team to state titles during her freshman year and against as a team captain during her senior season… Placed 191st to help her team to a 10th-place finish at the Garmin RunningLane Cross Country National Championships in 2021… Placed 86th as the American Fork XC Club won the NXR Southwest Regional Championship in 2021… Earned all-state honors in cross country as a freshman… Recorded personal-best times of 2:24.24 in the 800 meters, 5:11.24 in the 1,600 meters and 11:16.64 in the 3,200 meters… At the 2022 UHSAA State Championships, she placed 16th in the 1,600 meters and 13th in the 3,200 meters.
